of elbow grease from our teams of volunteers, renovate and upgrade them to double their initial market value within one year which will increase our earned revenue and will allow us future investment capital to expand this effort. We’ll work with our realtors in finalizing renovations and upgrade goals for each property to ensure our ranches stay on the public and private ranch market horizons and assure our shareholders, clients and customers realize the enormity of our reputations and our services. Long Term Objectives: Breed horses, show them, and sell them. Sell online products. Pet Sit/House Sit, dog obedience training, boarding of pets and Provide Security. Trail Rides, Boarding, and B&B guests. Attend shows and other events. Work with the neighboring towns/community. Put them to work. It’s a Win/Win situation. Company Overview

There's actually 4 from same litter that look almost identical hanging around, plus 2 black and white tuxedo adults, plus a juvenile tabby possibly a girl, plus a couple white w colors I believe are girls all near me, being fed, plus 2 mommas with litters of at least 4 a couple weeks apart, plus the 2 bottle babies I'm caring for.
Babies have tripled in size, are playful and have worms. We are in need of unscented litter, food both dry and wet, KMR, donations for vet care for de-worming, spay and neuters, shots, pain meds, carriers, treats, and adopters.

Nova, girl, 7 weeks white and grey tabby. Void, boy, pitch black 1 white spot on chest, 7 weeks. Playful.
2 black and white almost identical in looks, 9 weeks, legs have hair burned off in strips. Aries, the hisser, took some work to rescue, and Pieces the calm one, is bigger. I haven't checked genders yet.
Baby names have a theme that suits their temperament or how they were found and rescued.
4 babies ready to be vetted. Then adopted. 7 weeks and 9 weeks. 2 more babies saved. These were the abandoned ones, burned. These are about 9 weeks old. Rescuing, feeding, cleaning, socializing, vetting, adopting.
We're feeding at least 8 adults and 6 babies in addition to a pregnant raccoon.

Beautiful rescued bottle babies available for adoption soon. They are approximately 6 weeks old, still being bottle fed. They will be vetted before adopted. There is a fee. Black kitten has a tiny white spot on his chest. White kitten has 2 black spots on her fur.
These two are very playful, afraid of the outdoors, and in need of a forever home in a few weeks.

My name is Christi Hubbard. I am in Deland, Florida. I own and operate two seperate businesses. A for profit, Wildcat's Sanctuary and Ranch, pet sitting, dog walking, and house sitting. A 501c3 non profit, Animal Rescue and Veteran Support Services, Corp. DBA Veteran Rescue, helping veterans and animals in need mostly. I also help small children and their families that are homeless.
Being homeless myself for five years while working has given me an insight into their plight. I also help neighbors, contractors, and more. I recently rescued two small, newborn kittens from a vacant house attic. They are three weeks old, bottle fed every two hours, and teething right now.
My future goals are to purchase a horse ranch with home on it, build brick and mortar shelter for animals, cabins for the veteran clients and become one hundred percent operational. Right now, I work from my cargo trailer. I am doing much better than I was five years ago when we lost everything. I will not lie, it has been a struggle to eat, work, college and keep my health. I am six classes away from completing my Master's degree in Public Administration.

This costs about $350,000 minimum for a small facility or about $1.5 mil for the one ready to go upon purchase. We are so excited to be able to help our .
