It’s been a rough week, to say the least. While I’ve had some amazing moments, there have also been plenty of stressors and setbacks. I intended to stay more on top of things this month, but I haven’t been as consistent as I’d like. That’s going to change.

I’ve also fallen behind on my paracord business, but I’m ready to turn things around. There’s been a mix of stress and relief in my personal life too, though I won’t go into all the details. Right now, I’m feeling mentally, physically, and emotionally drained.

There are things I want in life, and to get there, I need a solid plan of action. Plans can go sideways, but actions are what truly count, and I’m committed to taking consistent steps forward, no matter what.

Here’s to a brighter future filled with love, friends, family, and whatever it is you believe in. Here’s to the incredible support from those who’ve stood by me, even when they didn’t always agree.

Hey from Brasstown Bald everyone! Enjoy the view!

So I've been on a journey lately, and one that has tested me and helped me heal. I am working on coming back to this, but figured I'd go ahead and share a life update.

I currently am working at Petco as a dog trainer again. I love helping animals, and this helps me gain the experience I need to work with dogs. I also am starting up school to certify myself into various trainings, so that I may also work with other animals and provide services Petco doesn't offer to further be a help to the animals I love.

Today, I am on my second day of my vacation, and today was interesting to say the least, but also super relaxing. I am, however, super sunburnt thanks to me forgetting my sunscreen. I have aloe though, so that should help me out some.

I uh... Thank you all for the thoughts and concerns I've gotten the past couple weeks. I have been going through the ringer, so let'sget the final thing out there.... Skye, my calico cat, is no longer here... she was in end stage kidney failure and while there was a possibility to fight it and bring her back to health, this would've killed her eventually... I made the tough decision because being in and out of a vet, almost daily, for however long she would've lived is no life for a cat...
