My starter was so perfect. So I couldn’t discard (this is a similar problem I have with culling seedlings) so I fed it. Then I had so much, I said “I’ll make pizza dough!” Then after starting 7 bowls with double recipes, I realized each recipe makes 3 pizzas….so, I guess we are cool on pizza dough for awhile. 😂🤔🍕.

Winter is for sourdough! I think I am going to get a cottage License so I can sell some at the farm stand!

It is so delish. I am actually blown away by the difference between this and store bought (tooting my own horn here a bit 😂)

I made a bit too much so we have some to sell.
