Please measure your dog before purchasing. Avoid unnecessary returns to save time and money, and protect our environment. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product(s), we will happily accept your return. Please note the following criteria:
Items must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 21 da
ys of delivery
All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free
Include a note with your Order Number
Please be aware, that the customer is responsible for associated shipping costs. Shipping costs from original order will not be refunded due to a return. We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item. Once return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 5-7 days for processing. General information

Did you say... Treats? π
Nero loves all kinds of dog treats. But we are very strict concerning human food. He never gets something of the table. The only "human snacks" he gets are apples or berries.

Hope you had a good start in the week everybody π Today, no ToT picture. Instead, I wanted to share our brand statement with you.
When searching for a brand name, that would be visible on each dog harness, we wanted to find something that doesn't draw away the attention from your pup. Something that makes your dog stand out. And we didn't want the logo to be too distracting.
That's why we decided to call our brand PAWpular: Because every dog deserves to be PAWpular and the logo serves as a statement about your dog as well.

I hope you have a nice weekend. We are going to eat outside archer AGES. We have tried to support small businesses and restaurant throughout the quarantine, and I am happy that many of our favorite places seem to have made it. We will continue to support small business π And if that means we get some delicious food, it's an absolute win-win π

"According to Chinese and Japanese myth, there was once a giant school made up of thousands of koi fish swimming up the Yellow River in China. As they swam, they gained strength by pushing against the current. However, on the Yellow River, there is a waterfall. Once the fish reached the waterfall, most turned back and just went with the current because it became too hard.
The ones who remained continued to try to reach the top of the waterfall. These koi kept trying for 100 years. At last, one koi successfully leaped to the top of the waterfall. To reward this dedicated koi, the gods turned it into a beautiful golden dragon."
The Kois in the KOI design are facing upstream. They are ready to face problems and obstacles and won't give up. And one day, turn into a dragon. π²
