Please welcome our newest team member Jess!

Jess Louv was born and raised in the Lancaster area, and has always had a love for animals. She graduated from Lancaster’s Veterinary Assistant Program at the top of her class. When learning the basics of grooming during school, Jess started to fall in love with it! After graduation she decided to pursue grooming as a full time career.

After finishing grooming training, Jess further developed her skills with certifications in: A.K.C Safe Grooming, CPR and First Aid, Bathing and Blowdrying, Puppy Handling, and Safe Handling Difficult Dogs.

As the “mom” of a nervous rescue dog, Jess is especially skilled at handling anxious/nervous dogs. We are super excited to have Jess on the team!
