LOST DOG near 25032 Hidden Hills Road, Laguna Niguel, CA, USA!
*Penelope was last seen on 06/15/2023 near Windridge Apartment Complex

*Details: She is a sweet sweet girl. She has been in a cage her whole life until last week, when I rescued her and did a foster. 6 years she has been in a cage until we have her lots of love. My son was coming into the house and pushed through him and sprinted, we looked for her all night. I pray someone will help her and get her out of the cold.
