We were able to bring Ronnie home from the hospital today! 🙏❤️ While she still has a couple more weeks of meds and treatment, She is feeling much better and acting like herself again and so very happy to be back at the facility. Although the total for her stay came in a good amount below the original $4000-$5000 estimate, we are still out an unexpected $2858. 😕 We have received $25 towards offsetting this expense. HELP!! 🙏 I had to take Ronnie to emergency today. Turns out that she has a nasty case of pancreatitis. 😕 I just left her… She is going to be hospitalized for two days minimum and the estimate for care is between $4000 and $5200. Cammy is missing after last night. We have no idea how she got out but she is gone. I am out actively looking for her and hanging flyers. I have posted her everywhere I can think of. The shelters are closed until tomorrow. 😩 She went missing near Norris Road and Roberts Lane in Oildale. Please share and spread the word. Help us get her home safe! 🙏

**Update… we raised $225 dollars. Thank you to those that donated! ❤️

Our fundraising goal is $2500. That amount roughly covers two months of food for the pups. We hope to meet or exceed that goal to offset the extreme vet bills we have incurred in the last couple of months. (7 spays/neuters, a dental with extractions, one pup with chronic bronchitis, another has started having seizures and we are trying to get under control, and more 😕) That can easily be done if each of our followers were able to donate $5-$10 but even a single dollar can help. And as always… if you are not able to donate, we are always in need of fosters and volunteers! Or simply just share this post. 🐶❤️

Signups for the December Spay/Neuter clinics start this Saturday 11/23/24 at 3 pm.
All the details and restrictions can be found on the flyer.

Clinics are open to all Unincorporated Residents, Tehachapi, and Arvin Residents for the $20 co-pay per pet.
If you are Unincorporated and in 93305, 93306, 93307, 93308 there is no co-pay required.

Take a photo of your pet and proof of address before filling out the application, you will need to upload both to the application. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

The pups are never happy on spay/neuter day. 😕 But, we are! We know that they will never be able to contribute to the pet overpopulation crisis. All seven of our Marvel litter is still with us and only one has a pending application. 😩 They are now six months old, all between 30 & 45lbs, altered, vaccinated, and microchipped. All they need is a forever home. ❤️
