Happy adoption day to Phoenix( formerly Russell)!This sweet boy came from a kill shelter in NC and landed in a foster home in NJ. Then this wonderful family( pictured below) saw him and took him in as a foster to adopt. Well Phoenix won them over with his calm demeanor and charming personality! Even though he has HW, that shouldn’t stop anyone from adopting. He is starting his treatment and he is now on the road to recovery!

June is a 1 yr old spayed hound mix that can’t get close enough to let her human know how much she loves them. She loves to be touching, leaning or better yet curled up right next to you if there’s room. It will be hard to keep this girl off your couch but we’ve been successful so far so she’s learning. Ideally she finds a home where she can cuddle until her hearts content. She’s pushy in this quest at times but oh so gentle and responds well to correction. She’s very fond of toys and occupies herself well with those available. She’s playful with other dogs and loves to be chased. While she also enjoys the yard and walks to explore her surroundings, June would love a home where she can spend more time inside with her people and get more attention.
