It is with heavy heart that we need to re-home our two male dogs. We just don't have the time or the resources for them anymore.

Newt is a 5 year old Labrador/Golden Retriever Mix. (75% lab, 25% GR) NOT house-trained. He's been an outdoor farm dog his entire life. He is neutered. He has some experience with bird hunting, but not a lot. He is not registered. Great with kids!

Skrewt is a 6 year old Labrador. NOT house-trained. He's been an outdoor farm dog his entire life. He is NOT neutered. He has some experience with bird hunting, but not a lot. He is AKC registered. Good with kids, but does jump a lot.

We finally have an update on our sweet Copper!!

Copper was sworn in to the Helena Police Department on June 27th. His handler, Officer Scavone, has been with the HPD since 2018, and this is his first K-9 assignment! "Copper is a big friendly knucklehead," he says. And we couldn't agree more!

Copper is a single-purpose canine, which means that he is specifically trained to do one job. That job is to indicate illegal narcotics, such as methamphetamines, he**in, co***ne, and other commonly abused drugs.

Copper will be around the community of Helena, Montana, working with his handler and doing school visits. ❤️

We're so proud of our sweet pup!

Update on Onyx!

"He’s doing great! Heathy as can be, happy as can be. He is huge now and definitely a daddy’s boy. He listens to my husband way more than me lol. He loves our cats though they don’t care for him as much.Our d***y boy he is the clumsiest pup I’ve ever met."

Update on Maple Lynn!!

"Maple 🍁 is a sassy little firecracker, but also the most kind and gentle puppy. Maple loves to play fetch with her nerf ball gun and snuggle with her minky. She is growing so quickly, probably because she eats everything in sight. Maple has recently learned to give high fives, and loves playing with her sister Regina. We sure do love our puppy."

Update on Luna!

"Luna is a ball of energy. She will 'work for food.' Eating is her passion (this includes even non food things). She loves her 3 mile daily walk. She LOVES to play with all the neighborhood dogs. When it snows, it's like Christmas morning. She has really helped our daughter conquer her fear of dogs, which is awesome. We love Luna."

Update on Willow!

"Willow is doing great. she completed S.T.A.R. Puppy class earlier in the month and got spayed. She is full of energy and love. This is a rare picture of her during down time when she snuck up on the bed to cuddle while "Dad" was not looking. She was almost 50lbs when she got spayed, and is still growing. She loves to eat EVERYTHING, especially things she is not supposed to, but we are watching her carefully. We are very excited to start getting outdoors more with her and teach her to be on the kayak and go camping! Loving our puppy!"

After this sweet puppy's last owners didn't work out, it was no mystery to Sarah and Zack that they needed to adopt this puppy!! She took right to Zack and was following him around. She snuggled right into Sarah too!

We're so excited for this new adventure for this sweet puppy! The Hess's have decided to name her Aspen 💕

Tyler and Lily came and picked up our chocolate puppy today!! Tyler was looking for a puppy to be a good family and hunting dog, and he chose well ❤️

Copper has a new home!!

Chris trains police dogs, and he is always looking for dogs that "don't make good pets" and are "extremely high strung". We knew Copper was a dog that needed a purpose and a job, so this was always the ideal situation. Chris came and gave Copper some test runs with blind retrieving, and Copper passed each test with flying colors. We are so happy and excited for Copper's new adventure, and we know he'll be great! Copper will most likely be working for the Idaho State Patrol. 🚔💙

Okay, for all those who might be interested in Copper, he is not food aggressive at all towards people or other dogs. I fed him and Skrewt together tonight and there was no fighting between him or Skrewt at all. So if you are interested in him, there's absolutely nothing to worry about. 😊

Kirsten came to pick up her puppy today! The kids were immediately taken with the puppy and they couldn't stop smiling the whole time they were here!
