Isaac is a happy boy who loves and trusts his humans as long as you give him time to get to know you. He loves his mealtimes and eats with gusto.
As long as you keep a brisk enough pace for him, he’s great. He still is a bundle of energy who needs to be exercised regularly. He is not a fan of meeting other dogs on his walks, so we’ll be concentrating some effort on that.
He gets along fine with our other two rescues and loves to run and play with them. Typically a Dachshund growls and funny noises…but all in good fun.

Kadee is the sweetest little girl and has been with me for 6months now. Her owner passed and there was no one in the family that was able to take little Kadee.
Well, she is still constantly on my lap but walks around like she was here forever. She helps herself to the toy box and will play with anything that squeaks.
She would love a backyard where she can run and play.
Kadee is ready to be adopted. She is a healthy peanut that just wants someone to attach to.

Well, Morty has been with us for about a month now, and every day he amazes us with the amount of energy he has! He loves to run through the house and grab one of his many toys. He shakes it and growls at it and then the next thing you know, it goes flying across the room! He runs and gets it and starts it all again. He loves to play fetch with toys, balls, anything you throw.
We are still working on going potty outside and walking better on a leash. He is very strong and pulls hard. He would just rather pay attention to everything else around him! He listens (pretty well) and obeys (most of the time!) commands, sit, paw, spin, come, he still needs work on “stay.” He really keeps us on our toes!

Rita is bundle of love. If you like a dog, you can carry around and who will cuddle up with you Rita is the one! She has no teeth, so her little tongue hangs out which makes her so adorable! Because she is toothless, she will need a good quality soft food like Fresh Pet, which she loves. She is doing well with her potty habits as long as you take her out every 2-3 hours. She sleeps through the night in our bed. She was just groomed and looks adorable! What’s not to love with this little girl? She is available.

Meet sweet Rudy, a dachshund whose owner passed away recently. He loves going on walks and is always on his foster family's laps or laying in a nearby dog bed. He doesn't know how to play with toys or go up steps. He can be yappy at times and tends to bark at his reflection in the mirror. Rudy is not 100% potty trained, but his foster mom is working with him on it.
Rudy would do best in a home where he is the only dog and at least one family member is retired or works from home. He loves to run around, and his forever home needs to have a fenced in backyard or be an active family who will frequently take him on long walks. He does well around kids 10 and up. Rudy is not ready for adoption due to needing a dental and is awaiting bloodwork results from his vet check. Any questions, please message us directly for more information.
My name is Clarence, my foster mom says I’m a 6lb precious long-legged senior boy.
Mealtime & snacks are some of my very favorite things… I get very excited. I also love being with my human & going for walks. I’m house trained & will go to the door to let you know when I need to go out. I get along well with other dogs, there are 3-4 others in my foster home at all times. I was rescued from the shelter and have been to the vet. I am patiently waiting for a home of my own.
