I had an awesome time this past weekend taking a self-defense class with my daughter! I spend so much time driving alone to pet sits and this class definitely taught practical skills & tips to make me feel safer! Plus, it was FUN! Huge shout out to Dave, Alex & all those who helped make this event possible. I’m looking forward to the boot camp in January!
