We’re excited to launch a brand-new way to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of our Bretons, their breeders, and their owners. This program shines a spotlight on proven achievements — from field trials to conformation — while giving our community the data and transparency needed to protect the future of the breed.

📌 Breeders: we’re now accepting submissions (including backdated entries until December 1, 2025). Achievements will be recognized with certificates, custom patches, and the pride of knowing your dogs are helping move the Epagneul Breton forward.

While CEB-US remains focused on UKC testing and breed preservation, NAVHDA offers another respected venue to evaluate our Bretons in true hunting and testing conditions, keeping the bird dog tradition alive and thriving.

While CEB-US is not a substitute for your veterinarian, we’re committed to sharing resources that support the well-being of your dogs, particularly as we head into the warmer months and upland hunting season.

This roundup includes three timely topics you’ve been asking about: heat stress and conditioning during summer, the rattlesnake vaccine question, and the ongoing debate around dew claw removal. Each includes helpful links for deeper reading or listening.
