Willow Creek Dog Training now combines their Puppy Program with the AKC Puppy S.T.A.R. Program to help you and your puppy become the best team possible.

The first week is without the pups and is dedicated to just training you, the owner, to ensure you have all the tools you need to continue your puppy’s training at home.
The remaining six classes will be with your adorable puppy, where we’ll focus on socialization, building confidence, basic obedience, and good manners.

The 7th week will be the AKC Puppy S.T.A.R. test. You will not find another puppy class like this!

For maximum Individual attention this group class is limited to 3 dogs.

Puppy Class Saturday 10am - 11am
January 11th, 18th, 25th, Feb. 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd

Puppy Class: Tuesday at 6pm - 7pm
Jan. 28th, Feb. 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, March 4th, March 11th

We are excited to announce the planned breeding of Sascha Athena Vom Olgameister, and Jagger Vom Konigdorf, in spring of 2025.

If you are in search of a trustworthy and affectionate companion for your family, we offer German Shepherds that are not only health tested, but also possess excellent temperaments.

Parent Health Testing:
-OFA Hips and Elbows
-DM Screening
-Embark DNA Testing

Parents are both Canine Good Citizen Certified, and we are currrently working on other certifications and titles.

What makes our puppy program different from the rest?
We only breed dogs that are health tested, and posses excellent temperaments. We raise our puppies in our home with love, affection and begin potty training, crate training, desensitization training, and basic commands. Our goal is to pair our puppies with perfect home.

Right now we are creating a waitlist. Those on the waitlist will be interviewed once we have a confirmed pregnancy.

🎃✨Halloween Tips For Dog Owners:
As trick-or-treaters or guests arrive, make sure to have a plan for your dogs!

Do not feel bad if you want or need to put your dog in a dog-safe room, or crate. Make sure they have something to do such as filled Kong especially if they are anxious. If you have an energetic dog I recommend doing a 10-20min. training session before putting away.

If you choose to have your dog involved in trick-or treating: PLEASE LEASH YOUR DOG
A few reasons why, even if they are super friendly…

1. Dogs can be unpredictable around children, and those in costumes. Dogs can jump out of excitement, or run away out of fear.

2. Some kids may be afraid of dogs. Having your dog on a leash can help any child feel more secure around your dog. You can easily move your dog away if needed.

3. There is chocolate involved. Just in case your dog becomes hungry, it’s good to have a leash on to prevent him/her from eating any Halloween candy.

4. If a person wants to pet your dog, you will have more control over the situation. Such as preventing your dog from jumping on someone. 🦇✨

Today’s pop up training!

What is pop up training? A group class that occurs weekly working on obedience, and real life skills.

When are classes? Classes are typically Thursday or Saturday, but can vary per week. At the beginning of each week, the trainer will text everyone the details for the class.

Where are classes held? Classes are currently held at Bark Camp Farm in Gainesville. The goal is to start going to Downtown Gainesville, Dahlonega and other locations!

Who can attend? This class is for current or previous students that have been approved.

How much is it?
One dog: $20
Two dogs: $35

How can I attend/get approved? If you have taken a group class or private lesson with Willow Creek then simply text 770-625-1521 if you can attend.
If you are new to Willow Creek, then please contact us to start private lessons to get you prepared!
