This is our first Thanksgiving since Tofurkey passed away, earlier this year. He was the sweetest boy and we were grateful to have had him for 5 years. Please consider leaving animals off your thanksgiving feast today and choose plant based alternatives.

We are getting ready to need another truckload of food and straw bales for bedding and would appreciate your help!

Straw = $7/bale

Food = $14/bag

We know with the increased cost of living and the holidays upon us, donations are going to be harder to come by. We stretch donation dollars as much as we can and cover many of the expenses with our own money.

We don’t take your donations for granted. We know you could give to so many deserving organizations and we are incredibly grateful for your support!

Do you still have pumpkins that you need to get rid of?

Our animals would love to have them!

🎃 Pumpkins can be donated by dropping them off at the sanctuary (375 CR 472, Lexington) or at Shoals Area Veterinary Emergency in Florence.

If you are in Florence, Killen or Greenhill areas and have pumpkins to donate but can’t bring them to us, send us a message and we will come pick them up!

👉🏻 Please make sure the pumpkins are free of mold, chemicals, and paint.
