What are you planting this year?
Garden time outside has come! The greenhouses are working away with some lovely new fun beans, peas and lots of greens to offer up at the market.
Now it’s time to get our tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumbers, zucchini, and so much more outside to stretch their roots and provide a bountiful harvest for summer and fall!

These lovelies are now 6 days old and out in the chicken barn with lots of room to run play and learn to be chickens!if your still looking for chicks or would like to be on our list for started pulleys (skipping the heat lamps) send us a message.

Get ready to spend those buka bucks! Buka bucks are available at the info booth and can be use to purchase our chicks, eggs and lamb and goat meat at the market tomorrow! Stop by the info booth to see what all is available and then come over and visit! Oakridge Community Farmers Market tomorrow from 2-5 at the church by the elementary school.

New babies hatching today. If you are still wanting chicks this spring reach out! This week is olive eggers and barred Plymouth rocks. Soon to come jersey giants and a special surprise if things go well! Any chicks not claimed by Sunday will be available at the farmers market from 2-5!

Today is a great day to get your chicks outside for some sun and learning time. Just keep an eye out on them for signs of bunching together which means they need to go back under a heat lamp.

A small special order batch of chicks hatched today and there are some super cuties with all the fluffy faces and feathered legs you can stand for fluffy cuteness! We also got our hatching eggs ready to head to the elementary school tomorrow!

More babies hatching! This batch is going to be mostly olive eggers and some quail. These lovelies will be available at the farmers market this Sunday from 2-5 (buka bucks accepted on chicks). We will also have eggs, meat and a select few laundry soaps available. Hope to see you this Sunday!

Our first two quail babies of the 2025 year!
Quail are a great way to have eggs or meat in a small space. We have helped set up quail in apartments, HOA’s and as an addition to a home full of farm animals!
They are fast to mature and lay eggs very frequently. Send us a message if you’d like to talk about adding quail for your meat or egg needs!

Thank you everyone who grabbed babies from us this week. We are down to 6 olive eggers left from this hatch. If you are interested in them send us a message.
We will have more of every breed hatching in 2-3 weeks but we do have a few people waiting for their orders. If you would like to place an order of be on our list to let you know what we have available as they hatch send us a message.
