Probably one of the strangest interactions that I've had in recent memory.
Customer was very reasonable and great to talk to at the expo, but emails me afterwards accusing me of swapping out one of his spiders for a smaller one while he went to his car to deal with a health issue, before he came back in and paid and took the spiders.
Not showing his name, because he hasn't done anything wrong except for being mistaken. For some reason he has blocked our business personal pages so he might be posting about it already. That's the reason for this post, as well as educating other breeders/vendors on how to deal with these situations.
Hopefully we can get this straightened out and back in amicable terms.
