I would love it if anyone could nominate Paul Senter for best equine therapist of the year in the Worcester area.

Paul has been one of my amazing teachers and mentors whilst I was gaining my qualification and I cannot express enough just how much he deserves this. One of the nicest people I have ever met and absolutely amazing at his job both as a therapist and a teacher.

Horses naturally graze low to the ground. This allows them to extend their neck downwards while foraging.

When eating with their heads held high, like at elevated feeding stations or highly hung nets, they can experience tension in their muscles, especially the neck. This is because horses heads weigh around 10% of their body weight, having to hold their heads up for prolonged periods of time is a constant battle against gravity. This tension can lead to discomfort and future issues.

Feeding from the ground where possible offers different benefits including enhanced drainage which reduces the risk of inhaling dust or debris, supporting optimal respiratory health. It can also relieve tension in the neck due to providing a relaxed and natural posture.

I am now a registered member of IAAT and fully insured.

I am also completing a trigger point CPD in March meaning any bookings April onwards will have trigger point therapy incorporated into my massage if needed.

Welcome to my page!

Although not yet qualified I wanted to set up a page that I can develop along the way whilst I study.

I would be extremely grateful to any of my friends who could like, follow and share my page and for you to come along on this journey with me.

I will also be in touch in September to arrange dates and times for all of the people who showed an interest of a free massage whilst I am training to allow me to get my practice in!
