It’s been awhile since I’ve done any updates as ive been locked out of my page thanks to the child but I’m still here and we still grooming but in a new location 💕 we brought our first home!

Still have spots to take on new clients - Friday afternoons and Saturdays

These beautiful girls were in for their grooms over the weekend 🥰
It was Betty’s first time here and she was a little anxious to begin with but is use to grooming so once she worked out what was happening she was fine ♥️ such a sweet girl!

And just a few more regular pooches over the last few weeks 😅 (didn’t realise how long it had been since I last posted any pics of my little fluffy 4 legged friends 🤦🏻‍♀️).
Was good to get back to some normality after Aunty gabby caused a whole lot of havoc, thankfully we were pretty unscathed here and these pooches didn’t have to miss out on their grooms, just wish I had more time as I know their are a lot of dogs out there whos groomers were affected and are still unable to groom 😔 wishing all of those groomers a speedy come back x

Buddy was in for his first groom with me over the weekend, we tidied up those furry feet and brushed out a good amount of loose hair 🙌🏻
He left feeling super soft and smelling Devine 😍

I got stuck back into some much needed grooming this weekend and was joined by siblings Billy and Biscuit plus sister Yuki and Poppy and my mums pooch (so my sibling 😂) little Lulu

Barley grass is incredible dangerous!!!

Poor Albie had one lodge into the side of his face under one of his ears, thankfully he came in for a groom today and I managed to get it out before it made its way in any further, owners were contacted straight away with recommendations to get him to a vet so the area could be professionally treated and a course of antibiotics to clear up the infection!

If your out walking your dogs please beware that the barley grass is seeding during this warmer weather so try to avoid where possible and if you see any attached to your pooch, remove as soon as you can as the pooches muscular movements helps it burrow its way through the fur further which can lead to costly trips to the vets where your dog may require anaesthetic to make several incisions in an attempt to find the seed.

Common places to look: behind the ears, around the head and eyes, in the ‘armpits’, groins and between the toes.

This beautiful big girl was deemed “difficult and aggressive” so previous groomer didn’t want to groom her, I gave her a go and I can say she wasn’t the easiest of grooms to begin with but definitely wasn’t aggressive, like most dogs just had certain areas she didn’t enjoy being groomed.

I have been working with her for 7 months now, making progress each time, creating trust and growing a friendship 😊
this groom she was amazing 🤩 she arrived super happy to see me even in a new place!

Seeing the changes and being a part of it is super rewarding 🥰

Zen and Strike came in for their groom transformations today 🐩 I think it’s safe to say they are pretty happy and feeling a bit cooler in this warm weather!
Strike was that keen he jumped up and joined Zen in the bath 😂
Tony and Baxter have joined the family for the next week and Nyah is loving having dog friends over 🥰

Today I had the pleasure of grooming these 2 cuties 😍 Opie and Jaxson are brothers and are inseparable! I have been grooming them for the last few months now and Jaxson has always been a little anxious but today he done amazing 🥰 having the same groomer really does make the experience better for the pooch as they slowly form a bond and trust them and know that grooming really isn’t that bad 🙌🏻

I had a lovely visit from this beautiful big girl Nina today where she received a full clip instead of her usual full scissor cut 🙌🏻 she’s feeling a lot lighter and all ready for summer ☀️
We took a break mid way through her groom as it was a new experience for her plus she desperately wanted to go play with Baxter 😂
