Adoptable Leo 💙
Leo is about a year old & approx 45lbs.. not too big, not too small... so you could say he is the perfect size 😉. He is happy, playful, silly, friendly & affectionate.. and obviously adorable, just look at that cute face, those adorable folded ears & that beautiful shiny coat! He gets along well with & loves playing with other dogs, but he also loves getting all of the attention from his human,(lol we don't blame him), so he would do well in a home with dogs or as the only dog. He would do best in a home where he gets plenty of walks, and we think he would absolutely love hikes. He may even enjoy going for jogs or runs! While he does love cuddle time and will lay down to chew on a bone or toy, he is not a couch potato. He needs to let his energy out before cuddle time.
Leo is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines, and he had the Proheart 12 injection in August, so he is protected from heartworms until next August.
He is currently fostered in MA. but we can transport almost anywhere in the U.S. to an approved adopter. His adoption fee is $650.

We’ll take the leg 🍗 has a whole new meaning for us this thanksgiving. Our sweet Trapper is now a TRI-PAW’D! Despite our best efforts to save his leg, unfortunately the tissue where the trap snapped m was so necrotic and the infection was too much. Emergency amputation surgery was required to save his life as he would have been septic in no time. We need donations now more than ever. We are well over $10,000 in medical bills alone this month. Donations desperately needed: link to donate in profile. This guy is in horrible shape, he gave up and was able to be caught today after days of being stuck in a horrific trap. He has pain medicine, antibiotics, and medicine to kill the maggots crawling in his decaying paw. We will find out tomorrow if his leg can be salvaged or if it is too far gone and he will need an amputation. We are in 🆘 mode. He might be named after Freddy Krueger in honor of Halloween this month, but he's far from a nightmare! 🎃🐾 This little guy is happy, cute, and full of little butt wiggles! He's approx 5 months old & right around 30lbs.
Although he is a puppy he is quite confident when it comes to new dogs and he will try to assert dominance so a home with an elderly or submissive dog may not be best for him.

It takes a village. Meet Beautiful Madison💜 This sweet blue was saved from the euthanasia list at Clayton County. Partners for Pets and Gillian an amazing advocate raised funds and found an adopter. Whiskers Fund pulled her, our amazing adopter- now volunteer Emily drove her up, our incredible vet team got her fully vetted, and her adopters drove from Canada to come take their new baby home 💕 No action is insignificant. We need help in every area. Happy tails to Maddy!
