Lulu has been bred and we will find out if she is expecting a litter on September 3rd. In the meantime, watch this video from when we had our last litter. She was such a good auntie. Is this not the most adorable thing ever? I let the puppies out to play and turned on a tv show. I looked down and there they were! They had never seen a tv before!!
Puppies are all tucked in for the night. This will be their second night sleeping in their own kennel with out a sibling to snuggle up to. They each have their own snuggle puppy that has a beating heart in it. I find that these toys make the transition much easier. As you can see, they love their new toys and they only get to have them at night so it makes going into their kennels fun! I can’t believe they are only a week and a half away from going to their forever homes!
Mr Boaz,aka Bo, aka Bobo, aka Boey, had some playtime with dad today without the other puppies. He loved climbing all over him and Romeo was being so good with him. Bo is still hoping to find his perfect family.
Meet miss Dinah. She was the smallest by a lot when she was born but once she was out in the big world, she did a lot of growing! She weighs 2 lbs 9 ounces. She is a bit more cautious than the other puppies. Which is a wonderful trait in my experience. She has a sweet face and always runs over to greet us when we come into the room. She would love a sweet family of her own!
Little Abraham. He weighs 2 pounds 10 ounces. He is usually pretty chill. He has the sharpest teeth of them all but I think it’s because he was the first to get teeth. He likes to fight with his siblings but also loves to snuggle into them. He’s doing great with the potty trays and really likes toys! He is such a sweetie. He will be going yo a family in Nova Scotia!

These puppies are so stinking cute. It’s harder with this litter to get an idea of their temperament and personalities. They all are pretty laid back.
Early morning activity with this bunch! They were up and playing at 5:45 this morning so I just had to take some video! I just love that they are starting to play with each other and growling and barking. So cute! Enjoy!

The puppies have been sleeping through the night for a couple of days now but tonight they are all settled in for their first night sleeping alone in the crates. Their snuggle puppies have heartbeats that will beat for 8 hours (you can heat the beating in the video!) and I have brown noise playing on the tv in their room. This is the trick to getting them to sleep through the night by the time they go home to their new families. They were all sleeping in a pile when I started moving them to their own kennel and Archie hasn’t moved from that spot since I put him there! He’s such a sound sleeper! Here’s hoping they continue to sleep through the night! I will update in the morning!
Babies are 7 weeks old today and got to discover the outside for the first time. Pepper and Simba liked it better than Joey and Archie! I can’t believe we only have a week left with these sweeties!
We got word today that Simba’s family is keeping his name!! Boy do they have their work cut out for them! He is a persistent little puppy and does not give up! But as you can see from the beginning of this video, he sure does love people!
Also how can you resist this sweet little face. He wanted to be picked up so he was whining at me.
