Do you want to learn how to groom a Bichon Frise but don't have a dog? This is the seminar for you! USA Groom Team member Christie Henriksen, NCMG will show you step by step how to scissor the Bichon Frise.

Location : As the Fur Flies South 730 W Stassney Ln Suite 149, Austin, TX 78745

Limited hands on and Observers

Hands On : $225 - includes, 1 model dog with fur, snacks and goodie bags.

Observers: $125 Includes observation of the hands on and enjoy snacks.

Time: 1pm to 5pm

1pm to 2pm: sign in, mingle, brush your model dog out and assemble with snacks 😋

2pm to 5pm: step by step instructions how to scissor the Bichon.

Christie Henriksen, NCMG and Groom Team USA member, will be teaching handstripping at As the Fur Flies South Austin! Doors open at 9:00 am and the lecture with start at 9:30. The morning will be discussion, with lunch provided at noon. The afternoon will be dedicated to hands on instruction.

Hands on instruction is $200, and observation only is $150. Tables provided for hands on; bring your own dog and tools!
