[Dashing into the New Year in his New home!]

Dash has been settling into his new home nicely over the past couple of weeks! He has a new canine brother who could be his twin and some cats that he has already began cuddling with!

Massive thank you to K9 Advocacy Manitoba for trusting us with this boy, to his fosters in Manitoba, to Jen here in Ontario and to Flights For Hope for sponsoring his flight and as always everyone else in between!

This boy has definitely stole the hearts of many. He loves so deeply, and bonds so quickly. He is the sweetest boy around.

We received very little interest in this boy and we never understood why. However, we were able to secure an awesome home for Dash. One where he is loved and thriving. Sometimes it just takes one!

Happy new life sweet boy, you are finally home! 🐾

We want to pause and express our deepest gratitude to those that make this work possible - our fosters, adopters, supporters, partners, donors and to every single person who has liked, followed and shared our dog posts. Because of you, dogs who once knew only uncertainty, isolation, and survival has found safety, warmth and love!

[Anyone Travelling Winnipeg to Charlottetown!?]

Everyone has been loving on our sweet boy Henry! Fun fact, he originally was picked up by our friends at Arviat Humane Society! They are now looking to help others in their care such as Holster and Georgina! (My gosh, how cute are they!)

This little man is ready to find his forever home!🏡

Henry was found in Nunavut after being purchased as a toy for a child. The family shortly realized that a puppy was not the right choice. Henry flew to our partners at K9 Advocacy Manitoba and has flown into Ontario to find his forever home!

Henry is your typical puppy who will require guidance, patience, love and support. This puppy is the absolute sweetest and is described as a snuggle bug! He has been fostered with kids, cats and other dogs and does great! Although he will sometimes chase the cat. Henry is working on house training and is doing really well. Minimal accidents in the household and this little dude already mastered the sit command. He currently does not love the idea of being in a crate! Henry seems to be very drawn to the children and teenagers of the household.

Henry is currently being fostered in Bowmanville. We think Henry would be best suited with children and/or other dogs within the household. Henry will come with age appropriate vaccines, deworming, microchip, and will include his neuter once he is old enough!

[Lulu Update!]

We absolutely love hearing about updates once the dogs have settled into their forever homes! 🏡

Here is what Lulu’s mom has to say about her,
“She has been fitting in soo perfectly, she has met lots of new people and is really coming out of her shell, shes still a little hesitant at first but will go up to people for pets without having to be enticed by treats lol. She is the happiest and sweetest girl and we love watching her personality grow everyday, still loving the squirrels but we only spend half our day on squirrel duty now instead of the full day haha.”

Life never looked better for this girl and we love the outfit!

[Welcome to the Rescue Pack Henry!]

Henry has made his safe arrival into Toronto yesterday and we couldn’t be happier! This guy is full of beans and screamed “FREEDOOOM” as soon as he left his crate!

We have been getting a lot of questions about his breed and honestly we’re not sure! I see some Sharpei, Shepherd in this guy but any breed suggestions would be great!

Thank you again to K9 Advocacy Manitoba and Stacey for fostering in Manitoba and fasciliating his flight from Nunavut! Thank you so much to Flights For Hope for sponsoring this little mans flight to Ontario and to Jordan for being his flight angel!

From Nunavut to Manitoba to Ontario, next stop to his forever home! 🏡 We are still learning what this guy wants in life and he will be posted for adoption later this week!

[Congratulations Leia!]

From being dumped on the side of the road in Manitoba to a very loving home here in Ontario. This girl has defeated all odds!

Genevieve (now Leia) had an amazing meet and greet with her forever family a week ago. She was spunky, fun, and chasing after treats. The family was officially approved for adoption and planned on picking Leia up last weekend. After her meet and greet, Leia became ill. She did not want to eat, she was throwing up and had diarrhea. We feared the worst and the worst was true. We confirmed she was positive for Parvo 💔. We were also notified that other puppies in the same litter with other rescues also fell ill to Parvo. We spent two full days in and out of the vet office including syringe feeding. Emergency vet care was always on the table but after her anti nausea medication was administered, the puking stopped and she was able to take in food. After two days of in home care, Leia was right back to her mischievous self.

Leia’s new family have been patiently waiting for the day to take her home and we gave them the green light last night. Leia will spend the rest of her quarantine time getting settling into her new home. Congratulations to Leia on kicking Parvo’s butt and defeating all odds! Happy new life! 🎉

Reposting this beautiful girl as the application that we did move forward with, not everyone in the household was accepting of adopting a new dog! This girl is back of for adoption and we are looking for her forever home! 🏡

Claire along with her five sisters and brother were found on the side of the road left abandoned in a box. Luckily a community member stopped and took them in. The resident was able to find a rescue for these beautiful pups in Manitoba.

These puppies have now been vetted and transported to Ontario and it’s time Claire finds a family to call her very own!

Claire is a curious puppy. She is bigger than her siblings and is currently sleeping well throughout the night in her crate with her sister. This girl is content playing on her own or with her sister. She is currently working on house training and basic commands but is making great strides! She is very quiet, calm in nature, and loves to cuddle on the couch!

Claire is currently being fostered in Guelph. Her adoption fee will include age appropriate vaccines, microchip, deworming and her spay when she is old enough.
