Four Season Harvest Four Season Harvest is a family-run farm with a passion for sustainable food and modern farming tech

Here at Four Season Harvest, we approach sustainable agriculture in a modern way and believe in putting health first. That’s why we grow all our microgreens indoors, using only organic soil, light and water. All of our produce is 100% local and organically grown in Ottawa, without the use of harsh chemicals and pesticides. Unlike other greens that take all year to grow and harvest, our microgreens

only need two weeks from seed to harvest. We grow them all year round to maintain production, which means you can get fresh microgreens whenever, no matter the season! Remember, when you support Four Season Harvest, you’re supporting sustainable agriculture.
