Deborah Thorpe, thanks for making Parker such a happy fella! š©µ
Poor Kismet just wanted some love from her baby! šš Watch until the end.
At first I couldnāt tell why she kept head butting her babyā¦. Then she finally got what she was after!
This morning, Shenzi was going nuts! Barking, pacing, jumping at the window and this is rare behavior for her. Last time she did this, a rabbit was loose. Well, this morning there was a fox carrying a dead raccoon in the yard!
I will definitely trust her instincts moving forward and not be so annoyed she woke me up early. š Sheās truly been the biggest blessing!!
I allowed her to go out supervised to further investigate the situation once she scared the fox off.
Parker was very sad he missed Riesen winning her RIS Open Saturday so today he made a video to tell you about ways heās worked with Riesen to make sure she was show ready. He managed to get her 4 BOSB (one in open), 2 BOB (in open), and a RIS (open) in three weekends out! After the fair, she will retire and hopefully be a wonderful mama!

Thank you Kathryn Layne Davis for this special girl and Janessa Vap for our best boyā¦ we miss his every day.
My girl Walnut was so cute this morning prepping her nest. I found she doesnāt like me to put hay directly in the box, so I put it outside and she goes and fixes her box up.
Hatching season is upon us so check out what we have available!
Did you know that we are lucky enough to have gotten our hands on a gene of Coturnix Quail that hasnāt been released in the United States until now? As well as some that were just released a few months ago?
Thanks to Thieving Otter Farm, we are excited to be adding Gingers to our flock and the Super Secret Spring collection that will be revealed soon! As well as some fun Pansies.
In the meantime, we are still planning to hatch out straight run chicks as well as provide hatching and eating eggs.
Please let us know if youāre interested.
We may even do a giveaway soon!
With some not so great baby experiences lately (DOA baby, mom lost a litter due to no milk and they didnāt do well tube feeding, and yes, we bred 4 does at one time and sheās the only one that took) so we waited to really post a lot of these cuties. They are finally hopping out of the nestbox and oh so cute!

Just some cute babies chewing on some hay.
When I say our animals are raised around dogs, this is what I mean. š
Shenzi helped herself to some water, cleaned out a nest box, cleaned up a kit. They were all unaffected. We also desensitize them by running dirt bikes, lawn mowers, and shooting guns.
Stay tuned!! Parker took pictures of every single one of our rabbits today!
Heās a big booty boy! Obsessed with this little buck right now. I hope he continues to impress. š
Normalize rabbits as livestock! They are a lot of work. Rabbit friends, I see you!! š
Note: My kids were way less whiny about the cold than me. šš¤·š»āāļø
Snuggles Required
Yāallā¦ this rabbit is not happy unless he gets his morning snuggles. We fed quickly so we could clean cages and he didnāt forget to remind us he needed his daily dose of pets. šš Love this boy!
