Today I set extra time for him that we know what he is worrying about is drying. Switch to gentle wind made him much more calmer and he understands that we are caring him.
Our each actions they are counting on us, and this is how we gain the good relationship between pet clients and me.
End of this session, He was still bit shy but close to me and ask me for hug. It’s a reward of my day 🥰

Such a happy moment that Fika opens her heart for us this day!
What we (groomer) do isn’t much dog clients like but they eventually understand this people are not bad. I always touched with them generosity.☺️

Her family still struggle with her skin sensitivity since they adopt her for them first pet experience. Every time her mom told me stories about them attempt for nursing for itchy skin, I am cheering for them and also feeling them unconditional love toward her. This baby is such a lucky girl to have her family and so her quiet and gentle smile are surely giving happiness back to her family.
