This lovely female is looking for a home, the dog is in Peacehaven, but she does not get along well in the family and it was decided after 10 days that she would not be able to stay. During these 10 days, the dog made progress, because she was initially afraid to leave the house, now she is on a leash, it only requires teaching not to pull. She learned to Play with Toys. Ok with some dogs. she comes when called to come. She learned the sit command.

Not suitable to live with children under 13, attitude towards cats unknown. she plays beautifully with dogs. The potential owner must have experience with dogs, because the female has a strong personality.

Marusia is about 3 years old (born 2018) is a medium-sized black beauty. Marusia is delicate and very subtle. She is a female who does not push herself in front of the line but shyly waits ... until someone spots her. It is the hardest thing for such dogs to find a home, because not only the black ones are less fortunate, but also her calm disposition does not help her win into favors - Marusia is imperceptible, invisible. She has a very calm and good character, she is such a modest, unobtrusive girl. She gets along very well with dogs. She is equally submissive towards people, she looks with her chestnut eyes. Loved and sensitive like a mimosa. Dogs with a high sensitivity experience stress more and the shelter isn't a great experience for them. Klaun is 2-3 years old (born 2018-19) is a large, beautiful dog with a very positive attitude to life. Although it is not visible in the photos, because the lens somehow scares him, believe me, his name is not accidental. The clown is a real laugh and a joker, in a playpen he stands on the bars and performs shamanic dances, just to approach him. This dog is smiling almost all the time, it is such a shelter clown that can cheer anyone up. He loves people with infinite love, and so does other dogs. This is a dog with no flaws so far. He is a very lively and energetic dog, he is full of it everywhere and he would like to do everything at once, because he does not know whether it is better to sniff or to cuddle up to a human. He is very sociable, loves people and as soon as we approach his box, he stands on his hind legs and dances, twirling his bum as if he felt the rhythm of samba;) A super positive and joyful dog, very gentle towards people. When it comes to other dogs, it is better for him to be alone, because he feels a bit too confident among others and plays a great game, but he does not bite and attack dogs, but is so ... annoying. Anyway, you can see in the photos the famous ... eyes :) Piegus is a dog rather for active people, because he likes movement very much. He would also like to play football with children or jog in the meadows. Piegus is a living silver that loves people and loves movement.

Bryś is about 3 years old (born 2018) is a medium-sized dog. Bryś approaches the unknown very carefully, he is delicate and very sensitive. He sticks to a person very closely, presses his body to peoples legs to feel support and closeness, this helps him overcome fear in an unknown territory. He is not a withdrawn dog, Bryś is very careful. The devotion of this dog to man is paramount, for Bryś owner is a guru for whom he will do anything. He is as gentle as a lamb towards humans and other dogs. He is a dog who will love new owner above all else, anyone who will give him a house and a place in their heart. Bryś is also perfect for families with children, because there is no word aggression in his canine dictionary. A very cool and smart dog that needs a little attention and affection to open up. Kłapouchy is about 4 years old (born 2017) is a white and red male with longer hair, medium size. Kłapouchy is one of the saddest dogs in the shelter, he has eyes like Eeyore's donkey, so sad and resigned. He's a young dog, and he looks like a senior, probably because of the sadness that comes out of him with his whole body. I feel sorry for this little dog and I dream of a home for him, where he will regain the joy of life, I dream of the day when I will see joy in his eyes. Kłapouchy is a very, very gentle and calm dog - he does not bark, does not jump, does not growl, does not go crazy, sometimes it will just wag his tail timidly. There are no problems with other dogs, because Kłapouchy is a problem-free dog. Oki is about 2 years old (born 2019) is a large, coal-black dog with a small exception - half of his left eye is blue. He is amazing both in appearance and in character. Oki has great contact with people, there are no fears, no aggression, only positive emotions. It is an energetic and lively dog that runs, jumps and is constantly in motion - sniff something here, catch snowflakes there and play with people :) A great dog for an active family. He is gentle as a lamb, has a lot of Labrador features. He does not cause any problems with other dogs, his cheerful disposition knocks even dogs that are loners and avoid others, because it is impossible to grieve with Oki. After leaving the playpen, he pulls a little on a leash, but only because there is something happening everywhere, and his curious. A great companion for people who like to move. And that eye .... echhh wonderful ....

Maximus is about 4 years old (born 2017) is a huge, massive dog. He is big, and he has a heart that is even bigger. Maximus loves people above everything else, he is very gentle towards people. For him,owner is the most important creature on earth and he shows it with his whole being, he thinks that he is probably a feather and he jumps on people but only to give kisses. you would have to look into his eyes, they are so warm, so saturated with love, and sincere kindness flows from them, you cannot pass by him without a kiss. This is the case only with people, because with other dogs it's a different story. Unfortunately, he does not like the company of other dogs, although he does not come out to chase them himself, but he warns the fur and shows that he does not want to have anything to do with other dogs. It is also a dog that needs to be home alone. He is also very strong and sometimes pulls on a leash, but in general he is very careful and likes to be close to owners leg. Maximus has a short tail (we don't know if someone cut it off or was born like that) and a beautiful brindle color. This is a big bear, a huggable bear because he loves it. Mufinek is about 1 year old (born 2019/20), he is a smaller dog, he reaches the calf height. He has beautiful fluffy fur and looks a bit like a miniature longhair shepherd;) By nature, he is a very cheerful and open dog. A big child who wants to play, cuddle. he shows no aggression towards people and other dogs. He copes well on a leash, but sometimes stops, as if he remembers that he cannot walk on it :) Muffin is afraid of unknown spaces, especially when he hears other dogs barking - then he stops and clings to the owners leg, asking for support. Mufinek is a wonderful dog with an even more wonderful character who needs a home where he learns that the unknown world is not bad. He is absolutely not a withdrawn dog, he is a dog that does not know life (we took him from the shelter in Bystry, and there is no volunteering there). Fully ready for adoption

Lara is a dignified St. Bernard, a dog of a breed focused on helping people, a gentle giant focused on humans. And it was just such a wonderful dog that lived in a hell. she was chained on a short chain for a long 6 years. We don't know what she ate, but probably not much, because she is quite underweight (42 kg) and atrophied. With hunger, she chewed on stones and a chain (broken, rubbed teeth). She was giving birth everytime she was on heat, she was also loosing her babies everytime as the previous owner was getting rid of them to solve the problem.
Two wonderful people noticed her. They took her out of Hell and put her in a dog hotel. Unfortunately, Lara's health was tragic. She required veterinary care and comprehensive examinations, including a cardiologist. unhealthy ears and unhealthy eyes.
Treatment is a thing of the past, now Lara is a sterilized, healthy dog waiting for a home that she never had.
Lara keeps the house clean, runs on a leash. However, she does not get along with a dominant dog.

Dukat is about 7 years old (born 2013), he came to the shelter after the intervention in Radysy in July 2020. Dukat is a beautiful dog whose veins are sure to have the blood of northern dogs. He is a dog above the knee, which is rather large, weighs about 27 kg. Dukat has a beautiful, blue eye and judging by the scars on his face, he has fought many fights in his life, he probably had to survive. Dukat is a strong and dominant dog, but he doesn't attack dogs for fun. Ducat is such a boss in a playpen and when he does not like something, he just growls at others. In our shelter, he never bit a dog. He is very nice, tame, obedient and sympathetic towards people. He does not try to dominate a person, and is even submissive to people. Ducat needs a home where he will feel important, loved and wanted again. Dukat also does not show aggression towards children. A really nice dog. Fully ready for adoption. we help with transport

Dżordż is 4 years old (born 2016), he is a large, dignified dog with lovely, slightly slanted eyes;). Dżordż loves contact with a human, in his playpen he is full of energy and willingness to have fun, but after leaving his playpen, he loses his confidence, which quickly passes. He gets along well with other dogs, but he is a strong dog. So in our opinion, he could oppress the little ones, because he lacks courage with the big ones. Dżordż needs an owner who will lead him through life and teach him savoir vivre :) He is a dog who will follow his owner into the fire, he is very devoted and faithful. Unfortunately, we do not know his past, whether he has ever been home, etc. He learns to walk on a leash. This is what our Dżordż is like, a beloved dog who has a push for leadership, which he does with poor results. Fully ready for adoption

Let me tell you a short story!
For a while me and my husband were looking for a dog to join our family. There were a lot of great dogs to buy, but hey ho, why buy if we could adopt. So we have started to search for a dog to ADOPT. I have messaged few places also called other places with no luck. 😭 we have 3 kids and 3 cats already in our family and this was a massive NO, NO! Didn't quite understand why having children and cats was a massive issue. So we gave up. After a while we found a place called Sonieczkowo. I asked about few dogs but there was "the one" that I liked from the beginning ❤️😍 she was great with cats and even better with kids 😍❤️ she was "the one" for us. We received a lot of help to sort transport out and everything else needed. After 3 weeks she joined our family. SHE WAS PERFECT! before she came to us I was thinking, what could I do to help other dogs to find their forever, warm and loving homes? That's why PawDoption has been created.!. ❤️ 🐕

Fernando is about 5 years old (born 2015) is a large, very large dog, weighs about 55-60 kg. Despite its size, he is gentle with people, but he is also territorial. He looks after his space, but this is only for show, because after entering the playpen, he comes over and wants to be cuddled. Fernando is a great dog with a strong psyche, but balanced and stable. He came to us in July from the shelter in Radysy, how long has he been there. nobody knows. Niger is about 1.5 - 2 years old (born 2018) small, black as ebony dog, nice, kind and a bit lost in the current situation. Niger is a submissive dog, such a non-conflict chap who does not seek disputes or quarrels. Steve is the grandfather of dogs and is about 12 years old (born 2008), and maybe even more ... Steve is tiny, weighs 5.8 kg, and unfortunately he already has cataracts on his eyes. Although he is already a retired dog, he is very good in everyday life. He is cheerful and veeery thirsty for human presence. He does not tolerate male dogs very much, but he gets along very well with a female dog in a kennel. Steve is a little pet, he likes to be petted and cuddled very much, he shows no aggression towards people. He is small, cute, and you can't dislike it - it's perfect. We are looking for a house for him, where he will warm his old cubes alongside beloved people. At the shelter, Steve does not cause any trouble, and it will certainly be the same at home. Marley is a senior dog, maybe 10 or 12 years old, it's hard to say. It is a large, almost biscuit Labrador. He is sad, very sad, he has a hard time in the shelter. He is a dog that does not cause trouble, is calm, low-key, sensible and wise. He needs a piece of blanket in a warm house to keep his old joints and bones warm, not kennels in a shelter. he is great with other dogs. In the playpen, there are no quarrels or fights. He is very gentle towards people and walks beautifully on a leash, but when he feels a tug he lays down immediately (it can be concluded that he probably did not have an easy time when someone tugged him on a leash or scolded him for pulling). Bakcyl is about 4 years old (born 2016) is medium-sized and the fur is simply world championship - soft, nice with amazing colors, such "ombre". At first, he completely did not trust us, he hid in the kennel, but a few warm words were enough, day by day the bowl with food became more and more convinced of people. Now it is a completely different dog, trusting, fond of petting and playing. Bakcyl is calm and gentle and shows no aggression in any way. And his eyes ... I see in them a dog thinker, aristocrat and dreamer ... he has an amazing, deep gaze and in this look you can see goodness and peace. He gets along very well with other dogs, does not come into conflict, does not start a brawl. Nice dog for cool people :) If you still hesitate, look into his eyes ... Fully ready for adoption

Bongo, approx. 4 years old (born 2016), is a medium-sized male (more or less up to the knee) with a red-brown color. Bongo is a calm dog, very gentle and a bit shy. After leaving the playpen, he is a little scared and you can see uncertainty, but he is a wise, fast-learner dog and bravely explores and explores new areas with every smell, becoming more and more relaxed. Bongo is gentle in dealing with people, does not show any aggression, but is also cautious - he does not try to embrace people, but rather observes and examines human intentions. In relation to dogs it is great, he lives well with both females and male dogs. He is not a dominant dog, rather he is one of the compliant ones who prefer to be left alone. A very nice, calm and gentle dog.

Cygan is about 6 years old (born 2014) is a large dog, ...Cygan from the puppy wandered around the village, not disturbing anyone - he was even vaccinated by people who fed him. And so he lived in this community, until someone reported him to the shelter, because someone did not like him - as he was big, as he was dangerous ... :( but Cygan is a very nice dog, calm, sedate and incredibly lost behind bars. He loves people. , he is gentle towards everyone, he respects other dogs and does not get in their way. He is a dog that has been free since childhood and lived in symbiosis with the inhabitants of the village ... now it's over, there are only bars, Cygan becomes an invisible dog, crouches and lays down immediately, as if he did not exist. the catwalk, then he looks beautiful, runs proudly and returns to the guardian at every call. DAKSA - can you imagine a dog's life behind bars? day after day, for many weeks, months, years? ... Daksa ended up in a terrible place as a puppy, she spent her whole life there. TINA. In a dog hotel she made friends with a kitten in no time, very patient and gentle. She is generally a wonderful young lady❤️ .. She found herself in the temporary home right away, she follows people all the time.. She is very social, open, sweet. What was the cruel fate that made her homeless? Tina is 5 years old, weighs about 16 kg, walks beautifully on a leash and she is fine with being in the car.

NINA - a very young girl, since puppy she was in the shelter. She grew up without a loving person, without caress, without fun. Now she lives in a hotel and learns everything. She loves contact with the guardian, having fun, and is very friendly. I will be editing her description on daily basis, because she is making progress every single day and we are positively surprised by her. Nina learns to be free, to run, to touch a friendly hand, to smell grass - such obvious things.

In the next 4-8 weeks, you'll all be seeing the "We need to re-home our pet..." posts. These are the people who went ahead and purchased puppies, kittens, rabbits...etc. as Christmas gifts who are suddenly allergic, moving, having a baby, don't have time, their kids won't take care of it, didn't think they'd get so big, didn't think they shed, didn't think they needed food....

Problem is, 90% of unwanted pets end up in kill shelters.

Allow me to break it down for you.

You didn't know you had an allergy? Oops. Don't let the pet suffer, buy some allergy medicine.

You're moving? What city are you moving to that doesn't allow dogs? Bullsh*tville? You have a responsibility to your living, breathing family member to plan ahead to find a house, apartment or condo that will ALLOW your family member. Period. I would be HOMELESS with my pet before giving them up.

Oh, you had no idea you were due to have a baby in 2 months? Didn't know that's how it worked.. Get a dog trainer and remember that the pet was your child first.

Don't have time to let a dog out, or to have a dog just sit next to you while you're home? Really? So they're better off in a shelter than waiting in your house for you to get home? Ok, perhaps get another pet to keep them company or look for a local dog-sitter.

Oh, you mean your five-year-old didn't step up to the plate to feed, walk and scoop p**p like they promised? I guess it's time for YOU to step up and role model for your child.

Wrong size? Not cute as an adult? Sheds too much? Barks? Breathes? Not quite the personality you expected? Look in a mirror, how did you turn out? Should we send you back? 😡

Guess what? If the roles were reversed, your dog would NEVER LET YOU GO.

fistaszek is about 8 years old (born 2012) and is a small cockerel that looks like a fox. fistaszek are calm, non-conflict, gentle and very quickly attaching to people. He is avoiding any conflicts with other dogs. he does not exalt himself, he does not try to rule. fistaszek is very gentle and very focused on people. Gizmo is about 2 years old (born 2018) he is a small medium dog (weighs 12 kg) ;) he is a happy wire-haired gentleman after all, he has terrier genes in his veins somewhere. This is not a dog that bites other dogs, he just hangs on and tries to rule the playpen. when it comes to humans he loves cuddles. He runs up to humas, wraps his skinny paws around humans legs and cuddles as if he asked, don't give me back, take me. A nice little dog as a family companion. He can walk on a leash. Trump is approx. 9 years old (born 2011) and, for what is his name, he is a great personality in our shelter;) He is a very, very clever dog who "inflicted the blood on the officials, the village leader and us with his cleverness, wisdom and cunning: D Trump is a large german shepherd type dog. He is calm, polite, composed and gentle. The only things that irritate him are the little dogs. He gets along very well with large dogs and does not have any conflicts with them. He is very gentle, obedient and faithful to people. Walks beautifully on a leash. Trump, despite his age, has no problems with his joints. I recommend this dog, and everyone who gets to know him will be fascinated by his wisdom and cunning. Fully ready for adoption.
