Most domestic pets are scared of fireworks, especially if left outside. All wild animals are terrified of them. Please use them away from animals if your gonna use them.

For those who know I have had a girlfriend for several years now. Her name is Bubbles, and she is an incredible cruelty survivor.
Right now this amazing, beautiful, & heroic girl is fighting for her life. Veterinarians are looking for answers.

Hi friends,
My Momager has been struggling trying to NOT have a stroke or heart attack for the last 6-ish weeks.
Because of this, she has been negligent in posting on my page for me.
Momager is on a medication that is keeping her cancer from spreading or growing it's called Avastin. Unfortunately, Avastin has been known to cause blood pressure issues. Momager spent a couple of days before New years Eve and 6 days post New Years Day hospitalized because of her blood pressure problems.
She has been dealing with ALOT because of this. Even today, the Dr's are still trying to figure out how to keep her on this medication that on one hand keeps her cancer at bay, while it has caused B.P. issues that could also kill her. It is truly maddening and ironic.
We don't like to dwell on the negatives ( and with a terminal cancer like Momager has ) there are ALOT of negatives. I work hard to keep Momager motivated and functioning, but even my gigantic love for her can't cure her of these issues.
We could use all your good vibes, thoughts, prayers and energy at this difficult time.

Momager always tucks me in. It's soooo cold outside. It is 7°. And has been below freezing daily for a week now. I have my hoodie on and am snuggled up on a blankie with another blanket on top of me.
Stay warm my friends & please put out food for feral cats or dogs and a source of water that isn't frozen.

Momager UPDATE :
Last week Momager went to her regular infusion, I accompanied her as usual. I could tell (even though she was oblivious) that her blood pressure was high.
The nurses tried taking her blood pressure twice and it stayed high. I climbed on top of her to help lower it, but even I was powerless to help her.
A couple of hours after this picture was taken Momager was admitted to the hospital where she stayed from Friday evening through Thursday afternoon.
The Dr.s finally figured out a cocktail of B.P. meds that lowered her Blood pressure to acceptable levels.
I am on the job now taking very good care of Mom. Plus my skin sister was home for the holidays. Momager had her best friends Mindy & Cindi at the hospital and here at home taking great care of her as she recovers.
The last few days of 2023 & first few days of 2024 were super SCARY for us, but things are better now.
Please remember life is temporary for everyone, but Love is the very best medicine for everyone too !!

Momager can't leave Desi ( TERRIFIED of fireworks) and go out on the 4th like most folks. We have inconsiderate humans all around us popping off fireworks here on our street, in the city limits, messing with our little ecosystem & our neighbors who have PTSD. **NEXT YEAR PLEASE CONSIDER WHAT YOUR PERSONAL NOISY, MESSY, POLLUTION CAUSING HOME FIREWORKS DO TO OTHERS** After this video was taken another young hungry racoon showed up to eat, BUT then fireworks started popping at 7:00 p.m. EVERYONE of these beautiful creatures were scared away to go with hungry belly's tonight...just heartbreaking.
My cat brother hates most dogs, (except me ) , but he especially HATES Jack ! Jack could care less, he just continues to endlessly harass the old guy. TURN ON THE VOLUME 😉😜
Just so everyone is aware, PETEY HAS A WHEELCHAIR. The issue is that he can't currently use it because it requires him to push with his severely messed up rear leg. If we use the stirrups to lift and suspend his injured rear leg, then that puts his leg in an extremely uncomfortable position. Remember he has a bad hip, ankle, and knee. Unlike a paralyzed dog, Petey still FEELS lots of pain in this leg, so I won't make his situation worse by messing with his leg. 3 months since Petey went lame on his only rear leg. This poor guy NEEDS a break. His life has been far to full of tragic circumstances and mobility issues. Pain meds are being given day as prescribed, but if you think this 12 second clip is hard to watch, just imagine watching this every minute of the day. Or even worse, imagine how HE FEELS. This rehabilitation Vet appointment is still 2 weeks away. 😭😭😭
Momager took me out to see my peeps at Mercy Rehab. today. It was far to hot to wear my harness and since I am not allowed to walk / drag myself I got to ride in style. #rolling,#rollinginstyle
