In January i have bought a puppy for breeding and show from dog kennel in Russia - Svetlana Myshlyakova , Shiba Inu kennel "Takashi Kimiko Kennel"

Only the facts, emotions for later ...

January 15:

I see a post on FB about selling a puppy. Phoned the breeder, asked to show photos and videos.

She sent to me the photo from the site, she also sent the video (old in the snow from FB).

I asked: Please update photos and videos. They said, «Good, a little later» ... And later they send me a photo of a wounded hand, bleeding and tell a story about a storm and a torn slate, and for these reasons, fresh photos cannot be taken.

Ok, we believe and wait.

For several days there is a correspondence on pedigrees, I ask intelligible questions about teeth, height, state of health, they assure me that everything is normal. I clearly explain why I am buying a dog - a dog for breeding and show career. Still no photo, no video either...

Next comes a message that two more people are interested in this dog, whether i paid a deposit for a dog or not.

This is where they caught me ... I sincerely believed until this moment that everything was definitely fair here: a well-known dog kennel, everyone knows the breeder, I will not be deceived ...

But who would have thought, that's what happened

I explained many times that a dog for breeding and exhibitions ....

01/17/2022:

I send money to the breeder.

January 26, 2022:

The puppy comes to Moscow - 2000 rubles;

Transfer to the courier and sending - 3500 rubles;
The breeder did not make a certificate (for sending the dog) in her city and the courier had to do it in Moscow, another 2,500 rubles, we divided this amount in half.

But when the courier went to make this certificate, they found that there was an expired vaccination (sticker - 2020).

I am writing to the breeder. Sending a photo. Says the vet made a mistake.

I'm starting to get nervous, afraid that the dog was given an expired vaccination and she might catch something 🤦‍♀️.

The breeder convinces me that everything is fine, it's just a sticker. That vaccinations are all right.

Okay, the dog is leaving Moscow.

January 28, 2022:

in the morning the dog arrives in Almaty. When I took the dog and let it out of the box, I gasped!

The dog is not washed, dirty, smells very bad. She doesn't know what a leash is, she's afraid of everything...

I attributed everything to the flight, maybe stress ... We'll figure it out at home ...

Didn't figure it out...

I have All videos: how a dog reacts to a loud sound, to a rustling bag, she is afraid of everything!

January 29:
The next day, we begin to get to know the puppy better. I examine the dog's teeth and am shocked by what I see.

The tooth sticks out, the dog's jaw is twisted!

It was later that the doctors said that she had problems with her teeth and was most likely corrected by massage.

I write to the breeder, send photos, videos.
The breeder replies: it's okay, do a massage.

Me: What?????? I bought a dog for breeding, then do the puppies also massage?

Breeder: No problem! I do mine too. Just now I bought a dog, her teeth were like a ladder on her lower jaw. Here I massage three times a day, put everything in, one left 🤦‍♀️.

I honestly tried to do a massage, I understand that everything is bad ...

February 9th:

I write to her again - the teeth are not mobile, she says continue the massage ...

I'm going to the hospital to see the dentist. They tell me that no massage will help, that everything is much more serious there ...

I am writing again to the breeder, she convinces me that everything can be fixed while the “jaw is soft”))))

25 February:

talking with the breeder about the pedigree. A voice message from the breeder: “well, then don’t send money, I’ll make a pedigree for you at my own expense.” I listened to this message after I sent her money, but she never returned the money to me

March 23:
I go with the dog to a lesson in the handling room and here I notice that the dog began to limp. As if her leg froze, she began to press it under her. It will wait, it limps for a while, then it's normal. I immediately called the clinic, made an appointment with a surgeon and an x-ray.

The doctor's conclusion: the dog has a 3 degree patella on one leg, and almost 2 on the other.

What did I feel? I almost burst into tears...

I control myself, we go home, I write to Svetlana ...

And then the horror begins...

The breeder accused me that I did not massage the dog, that I did not follow her, that it was not known in what conditions she was.

I send her a video of our large separate enclosures where the dogs live. We have our own area for walking - a large flat field (former tennis court).

The breeder does not hear me ...

And, forgetting about the problems with the teeth, the breeder begins to claim that I disfigured the dog. That she sent me a dog with normal teeth and with excellent movements (she never sent a video).

While the correspondence is going on, I make an expert opinion on the teeth, take an opinion on the legs, take a general blood test ...

And at this moment, who would have given me the mind to do a blood test for drugs ...

But…. Emotions, confusion and unwillingness of the breeder to hear me, as well as endless accusations on her part, did their job and I didn’t think about a blood test at all.

And here is our dialogue:

Svetlana: I think you know that during the puppy's growing up, the ligaments are still weak and due to any inaccurate jump, the kneecap can pop out.

Me: If the puppy is healthy, his kneecaps will be fine. Then all the puppies would walk lame, they all jump.

Svetlana: And what are the claims against me? My dogs are tested for diseases for which I sell puppies. The dog left me normal, not lame, what could happen to her during this time, I don’t know, I didn’t live with her. To be insured against everything, you then need to buy dogs older than one year with all the tests and for completely different money. Or do you offer me to give you a dog that is not lame, and take back the lame one? Not satisfied with the dog, put up for sale.

Here, in a very strange way, the breeder completely forgot about the teeth ...

Well...let's continue...

I'm fine. This time I will not be silent. I will ask for help from other breeders. I will write to everyone I know. I'm wondering how to be? I will take a photo of the dog's teeth. I will take a photo of the dog's jaw. And I will ask what to do if the dog has developed almost 3 stages of patella in a month. I'll listen to what other breeders have to say.

Svetlana: Don't be silent. Send the dog back at your own expense, I won't do a pedigree on it. After the sale, I will return the rest of the money to you, minus all expenses. In what conditions the dog lived, I do not know, and how the dog was kept, I do not know. I have a video of the dog before sending it and it shows that the dog is not lame.

Me: ok, I have a video and a photo of the dog when she arrived.

April 13:
all the documents were collected, I sent the dog to Moscow to my son, so that he, in Moscow, did another examination of the dog's health.

I was told that I need to go to a surgeon certified in the RKF. I found everyone who was in Moscow, but everyone was busy, everyone had an appointment for a month. According to the reviews, I chose the best. I called the clinic. I explained the situation and he, surprisingly, agreed to receive us, but only in the morning and in the city of Troitsk.

I persuaded my son not to go to the university and take the dog in a taxi back and forth in the morning.

Ilya Fedorovich Volkovysky examined the dog and said that she already had 4 out of 4 patella diseases, an operation was needed ... Reason: either genetics or injuries (we did an x-ray in Almaty: injuries, fractures, cracks, there was nothing). But in Moscow, the doctor suggested that, in order to exclude injury, a second x-ray should be taken. We have done.

According to the results of an X-ray in Moscow, the conclusion is: it's genetics. There are no injuries, bruises, fractures, cracks.

There was no point in doing an examination in Moscow for dental problems, since an expert with an international diploma examined the dog in Almaty and wrote everything thoroughly in the description.

04/21/2022 the dog went by bus to Volgodonsk…..

Three months have passed since then. No one responds to entreaties to give me money.

At first they promised to return by selling the dog, or another puppy.

Then they said that no one is for sale.

Because until she sells the dog, she won’t give back the money ...

A month ago, she puts up a post about the sale of a dog on the sofa, where the photo shows a painfully familiar dog ..

But recently, other people tell me that she sold this dog, Attention! - June 18!

I got angry, asked when she would return the money? because the dog is sold!

Everyone who knows this story and this dog immediately realized that this is exactly the dog.

I even sent a photo to the handler without a signature, she immediately recognized the dog.

I wrote to the breeder again asking for a refund and warned that I would post the whole story on FB.

And attention, our last dialogue:

Svetlana: What are the limits? What is blackmail on your part? I sent the dog to you in accordance with the stated requirements.
After receiving the dog, 2 months later, you inform me that the dog has health problems after training. Having gone to meet you, I agreed to take the puppy in order to restore it and resell it.
In view of the examination and examination of the dog, surgery and a long recovery are required.
Accordingly, the resale of the dog is postponed indefinitely.

And I'll correct it, not in training, but in classes with a handler in a special room. It was noticed right away, not after.

Well, in the end we have what we have:

150.000 rub. - dog.
$400 - the road to me.
$300 - the road to Moscow.

6.000 rub. - examination in Almaty
20.000 rub. - examination in Moscow (together with a taxi).
2.900r. - boxing

3.000r. - a pedigree that she never did in all this time.

Well, food and maintenance for three months, I will not say anything.

181.900 rub. + 52.500 flights

Total: total amount 234.400r.

It took more than 3 months but still - no money, no answers. I sincerely hope that you will never have this and the breeders will never deceive you.
