**If you do not live in our local area but are interested in joining or having your family members join this amazing international club, feel free to reach out. There are clubs all over the US and multiple countries. We can try to pin point one local to you.**

Our industry can be a difficult one to get into. Finances, experience, and location can make it difficult to step into the Equestrian world. But there is an international organization we stand by for the education of kids to adults. The United States Pony Club. As a past and still current member, I swear by this organization. Taking care of horses and working in the horse industry is 15% riding. The rest is dedication, responsibility, and A LOT of hard work. But if you want to go far in the industry or want a horse of your own NO MATTER WHAT AGE YOU ARE, Pony Club is the club for you. No matter the discipline of riding you do, Pony Club is for you. You do not need your own horse, you do not need to even be riding right now. This club covers it ALL while involving you in a team based environment. It also is easy to begin your OWN Pony Club in your area. If you have a barn or one local to you with horses available and people who want to learn, you can start your own. Fundraising is available for costs, material for education is there. This club works to bring people into this community that may not have the opportunity to do so otherwise. If this sounds like a community you want to be apart of, look into the content provided below. Feel free to also reach out for information from experience.

I have a horse story to share that I hope touches people as much as it touched me.

I first of all want to start by saying that it is my belief that horses, like all animals, can sense energy more than most people. They are more open and sensitive to things that we can't possibly understand. Some may disagree but I have witnessed these moments and wanted to share one with you all.

Earlier this year, a dear friend of our family, Dorothy Mari, passed away. She was elderly but her passing was shocking and unexpected. She was a proud horse woman and a true supporter of the Arabian Horse world. But more than how people saw her as a public figure, to us she was like a grandmother. An educator. And one of my biggest role models and supporters. She loved our family so much and in that love, gave us one of her most beloved horses to take care of. Not sold. Gave. This horse, Amerige, has been a beloved member of our family and while she is ours, she was and always will be Dorothy's horse.

On the morning after Dorothy's passing, my mother told me the news. I was heartbroken and sobbing on my bathroom floor. And although I was hurting, I had horses in need of care. I went to the barn in tears, bracing myself for the rainy weather. When I arrived, two of our horses were waiting by the gate. Amerige did not. She wasn't in the main part of the field and was not with her sisters. I was terrified. I ran into the field screaming for her, crying even harder cause I thought what would the chances be for something to happen to her right after her human passed away. I reached the back pasture where the horses rarely go, especially not by themselves, and found our 24 year old mare in the far back corner looking over the fence. My worry turned to annoyance because I knew she could hear me and I started walking out to catch her. But then she looked over to me with this sad look on her face and I stopped just to watch. Amerige looked back to the fence, lowered her head and gave a small knicker as if she was interacting with something. Then a moment later, she turned slowly to me before breaking into a canter and came up to me. Pressed her head gently against my chest, and gave a heavy sigh. I broke down completely and cried against her, my arms around her head. I knew at the moment who she was interacting with and it broke my heart. I sobbed all the way back to the barn with this horse at my side. No interest in treats, no interest in running over to her sisters. Just stayed right by me until we got back to the barn pasture gate.

This moment has stayed in my thoughts these multiple months and I still believe 100% I witnessed a farewell. A "see you soon" between two souls that loved each other so so much. And now as I sit in their pasture watching my babies wandering the field, Amerige showing her age infront of me, I can't help but cry. I know that Amerige got to say her "see you soon" to Dorothy. And I know when it is her time, the woman she loved with all her heart will be there waiting for her just like back then.

I love and miss you Dorothy. We all do. We will see you again soon.

With a really heavy heart, I wanted to share the news that Dorothy Mari of Sol De Villa, Frisco Mari's oldest daughter, and a dear friend of the family, passed away last night at home. We do not know what the cause was but we lost a beautiful light in the world. She was almost 100 and we thought she would make it there. My mom went to visit her and her sister Rose in December and she looked to be her normal outgoing self. I am so heartbroken and I wish I got to see her one more time. I had these dreams of flying her out here to see the horses she birthed and raised. To meet Elan and see the legacy he will continue. All I can hope now is that she is with us and watches us now as we move forward. Please send prayers, light, and healing to their family as well as our own. While they weren't blood, they were and are apart of our family. Those sisters gave us so so so much. Dorothy gave us so much. She adored my mom and she treated us kids so well. She gave us her beloved Amerige who still is with us and I hope she is reaching down to her wherever she is. I love you Dorothy. Thank you for everything.

🎉🎊🎆 We have officially reached 100 fans on our page and 111 followers!!🎆🎊🎉

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of you who have been supporting us! Who would have known our small little dream would start building up as it has! From a dream that started at the breeding of our mare SDV Amapola, to just before our beautiful c**ts 2nd birthday. I would have never thought things would get where they have! And it is all thanks to you guys!

A few huge mentions that we wouldn't be anywhere without..

1. My Family for being my biggest fans and supporters. For those being there every step of the way, to those who have been there for every one of my lives. To those who have pushed me through it all. And those who have kept me focused. You guys are everything. Thank you so much.

2. My partners for never stopping me from working on my dreams and doing all they can to support, motivate, and believe in me. And our kiddos who have shown the same awe and excitement that I had growing up and keeping me young.

3. My best friends for being there always and for stepping in to help no matter what.

4. My clients past, present and future. You have believed in me and what I do and I can't thank you enough.

And 5. To my horses and herd that have made all of this possible. Without them, I would NEVER be where I am today or WHO I am today. They have been my world and passion and I love them so so much!

2020 was rough for us all. 2021, let's keep it up!

What do you give a young horse for their Christmas presents? Treats? New Tack? Horse Toys? Well, what about dog toys??? Never thought of this idea until I was given the suggestion by a follow equestrian. And Elan's review? 10/10

Within the world of the Arabian Horse Association, every horse celebrates their birthday officially on the first of January. This is a practice followed by many associations. And this New Year celebrates Elan being officially 2 years old. Already 15 hands and growing into such an amazing boy.

Thank you so much to all the love on our previous video of Elan. Seeing that video now, it is insane how much he has grown in just a few months.

Bringing back the jolly ball, here is how we use his favorite toy as a release after a training session. Whether a session ends as planned or not. The jolly ball is a sign to him that he is done having to work and haven't to deal with people. Once his jolly ball is given, he is done with the human contact. And you know what? That is perfectly fine.

Elan has been doing a lot of growing since our last video in May! And look how far he has come. First time with a girth and ba****ck pad on. Am so proud of this baby. Even though he isn't much of a baby anymore! 😭😭😭

If you have any questions about our training process, please reach out to us! We offer training, lessons, and coaching for any whom are interested.

Due to everything happening with social distancing, I was thinking it would be a perfect time to reach out to you all and gather information for what you want to see and read. For what you, your family, kids, friends, etc. would want to be apart of with events, clinics, shows, tours, and hands on classes. Input would be absolutely amazing and I am eager to gain more ideas to plan for the future!

If you can take 5 minutes out of your time to fill out a questionare, that would be amazing!

24/06/2020

When someone first enters the arabian horse world, they are hit with years and years of history! That is one of the many reasons I was drawn to this ancient breed. Their heritage can be linked back hundreds and even thousands of years! The work of amazing keepers of this breed all over the world. Those who knew it to be so important to keep record of all the amazing Arabians in the world for centuries to come. And the crabbet/kellog/polish lines aren't any different.

Here I present to you SDV Amapola's, Amerige's, and Legacy's Michelle's grand sire. Their grand father. SA Lotus Elan's great grand sire. Amerigo was a very famous stallion whom not just won multiple awards himself, but was the father of the famous Khemosabi. A stallion who presented the arabian horse world with a vision of an arabian being beautiful and elegant, but also strong and a hard worker with an amazing heart.

And it isn't just the horses whom have their story continue through the years. On the far left of the picture you will see owner, Frisco Mari. Would you believe his daughters were our guides into the world of this amazing breed? Rose and Dorothy Mari were the proud owners of one of Amerigo's sons, Anello. They also bred and raised our 3 mares before we got them. They worked beside their father to produce some of the most amazing horses in the world. Although not related by blood, we hope they see their work and the work of their father continue and are proud.

With these staggering similarities, no one can truthfully say they are not related. The slightly dished face, delicate ears, defined jaw and throat. Strong features bringing back the beauty of the classic Crabbet and Polish lines. Want an arabian that can fulfill any and all your equestrian goals? This is the herd for you. Keep an eye out for Elan's entrance in the show world.

Classic Arabians for All Walks of Life

For many horse crazy little girls, having their very own paradise with horses is a distant dream. But fortunately for me, I have been blessed with the opportunities to be able to live in that paradise. And today, I am happy to say that I am heading down that path to do so.

Starting out with just a herd of three Arabian mares has opened my eyes to the beauty, strength, talent, and hearts of the classic Arabian horse. Originally bred out of love and respect for the breed itself, these horses were raised and honored as beautiful and powerful warriors, babysitters, teachers, and true members of the family. Like our phrase states, these horses are meant for every walk of life. Through respect and time, you can learn to gain their trust and love. And after time, you find a friend for life.

So, what is the goal of this farm to differ from all the others? To take all of the wonderful aspects of the classic Arabian horse and bring them to the modern day show world. To bring back traits of some of the original legends of the breed and show them in today’s young horses. With the pedigrees being important, we also look for the best of personalities and hearts. The horses that are willing to work with their person and have a heart work their work. And with their support, we hope to listen to these horses and find the jobs that they enjoy the best and strive for that. No pressure, no rush, no forcing a horse to do something they do not wish to do. Instead we work with them to find what they want to do.

Another part of our goal along with creating the next line of these Arabians is to reintegrate those that have been lost in rescues, rehoming programs, and even on the way to being euthanized. Horses who are both registered or not whom we will strive to work with and register if possible. Having them integrated into our training and lesson program while some assist in outreach to communities to learn about horses and the amazing qualities of the Arabian breed.
