Remember kids, bunny bites hurt. Snakes are just angry Velcro.

Did you know these guys can dig up to 12” underground? Make sure your tortoise enclosures are properly reinforced. 🐢

In the middle of a Michigan winter, a 42-year-old Washtenaw County driver evades a robust reptile — and then has to convince a 911 dispatcher it happened. http://tinyurl.com/bdf97ruc

Did you choose Squirtle, way back in the day? Or maybe Turtwig, for our younger followers?

Well, Azami can't use water gun, but she's ready to be your partner for a good, long time!

Russian Tortoises are small, hardy tortoises found in Europe, Asia, and parts of the middle east. Far smaller and easier to keep than Sulcatas, Redfoots, or other mid-large torts, Russians are excellent for those on a space constraint, but who want a tortoise!

If you're interested in adopting a Russian Tortoise, or any larger species, shoot us a message and let us help you out!

So far, 2024 has been the year of dumped beardies. 😢 This sweet boy is warming up after he was left on the side of the road in a gift bag. He’s less than a year old and humans have already failed him. He was scooped up, bag and all, and brought to our door. There is no shame in surrendering your pet into better care. That is what we are here for. There is MASSIVE shame in placing them in a bag on the side of the road for dead. Does anybody have any name suggestions for our lovely bag boy? 💗

Make a donation this week and we’ll name a roach after your ex and feed it to our frogs on the 14th 😘
