Hi all, thank you for the messages of concern, we are all dry and safe, although so many here in Lismore have not been so lucky. We’ve had 17 dogs here sheltering at one stage yesterday in the thick of the flooding, and are currently caring for 4 beautiful dachshunds, one who has a litter of 4. Their family lost their home, but are thankfully all safe. Our Queenie is expecting her litter in 4 weeks time, and has taken this wet weather and visitors in her stride, remaining calm and regal and living up to her name! I hope you are all doing okay, wherever you are from. This flooding is effecting so many communities out the east coast of Australia, and so many loved pets have been sadly lost 🐶💔
