A great way to kick off the season with our spectacular Djurre! Completing his first ride in the Developing Prix St George. USEF Senior Judge, Cindy Canace gave Djurre’s ‘Harmony of Presentation’ a ‘10’ and said “A pleasure to watch this pair, who look like they don’t have a care in the world.” and awarded him a 71% at B! We are so excited to see how this show season unfolds for Djurre and Michelle!

Breeding season is in full swing! If you’re looking for an exceptional Friesian that is excelling in dressage, Djurre út ‘t Westen Sport Elite AAA is your guy!

Djurre has achieved the following:

1. Received Sport Predicate at age six.

2. Received Sport-Elite Predicate at age seven to become the youngest Friesian Stallion in North America to achieve this predicate.

3. Received an excellent 84 in the ridden IBOP test to achieve AAA status.

4. Accepted into the USEF Dressage Development Program Clinic with Olympian Charlotte Bredahl.

5. Qualified and Competed as the youngest horse in his class at Region 6 Championships at Prix St George.

6. Received an invitation to the US Dressage Finals in Lexington, KY at Prix St George.

7. Invited to attend clinic with Olympic Medalist Sabine Schut Kery who remarked that Djurre is an “exceptional” Friesian Stallion.

We did it!!!!!!! I would like to present Djurre út t’ Westen STER Sport Elite AAA.

Djurre and Michelle have now achieved the following:

1. The youngest Friesian to ever achieve Sport Elite in North America

2. This year currently has the top IBOP score in North America at 84

3. This year is tied for 2nd in the world in the ridden IBOP

4. Have one of the top five scores EVER in the world for the ridden IBOP

This could not have been done without an incredible TEAM!

Thank you to Nikki and Pat for taking great care of Djurre on the road, his groom and BFF Maegen, Amy Hobbs for your mentorship, Correen Hill and team for a wonderful Keuring, All Star Friesians Djurre’s breeders, and I will be forever grateful to Djurre’s rider Michelle Haefer. Michelle and Djurre are just pure magic!

Next we have Regionals starting tomorrow and onto the stallion inspection in California next month.

I pray Djurre will continue to bring light and joy to all he meets and attention to the wonderful Friesian breed!
