I think it's time to present my new praying mantises 🦗 Parasphendale vincta (Budwing Mantis) will make the beginning 🎉

They are endemic in West Africa and they are meant to be a really aggressive kind of mantis. Why? Because they actively hunt and chase their prey 😁 Especially females tend to be very active. The females also have a bigger Abdomen and shorter wings than the males, what gives them their name - Budwing Mantis 👀

This one is a L5 female (fresh moulted) I got 2 weeks ago from .k_insekt and I simply love it's brown white speckled color 🤎 A very interesting praying mantis in my opinion 🤗
