Annabelle (aka Winnie) is a two year old spayed bulldog/bully mix, UTD on vaccines. She is a little tank weighing around 40lbs, with a short and stocky build. Her tongue is slightly too large for her mouth and adorably sticks out most of the time. She adores her people and loves a good game of tug.

Winnie is recovering wonderfully from her recent emergency spay and her goofy personality is showing. She loves affection, toys, bones, and snuggles. Her doggie purrs and cheek flutters will melt your heart. She is crate and potty trained. She has some separation anxiety, so short crate periods are helping her through that.

Winnie seems unsure how to act with other dogs but she is learning quickly. She does well with the male Frenchie in her foster home but is unsure about the larger female dog in the household. Her foster family is taking things slow with dog socializing as she gains confidence. She resource guards from other dogs so it is very important that no toys, bowls, or bones are left out if dogs or kids are around. She must be fed in her own area as well. She is okay with humans being near "her things" although she gets tense if you try to take a toy away. She is working on trading for something better so that she learns it's a good thing to let humans take things. She's becoming very receptive to this.

Due to her resource guarding it is probably best that she finds a home where she is the only dog. Although, the right dog and experienced owner(s) will still be considered. Due to her high prey drive, she should not live with young children or cats. She shows signs of wanting to chase kids playing in the yard because it excites her. These behaviors will likely improve with time and training. Winnie will absolutely thrive with a training program immediately. She is incredibly smart and wants to please. She would excel as a sporting dog with her strength and athleticism, yes she's an athletic bulldog!

A little enrichment inspo for ya! 🎃 Halloween is in one week! How are you going to keep your dogs busy while you're handing out candy?
Enrichment in the form of licking and chewing can be just as mentally stimulating as an outdoor adventure. We especially love giving enrichment like this to our fosters who struggle with anxiety. It's a game changer for crate training!

Freedom Ride for Annabelle! 💕 This mama was in labor for over 36 hours and at risk of sepsis. He owners opted for euthanasia at only two years old because they couldn't afford her emergency surgery. The vets at REVS said no way and asked for help from our local rescues. She's an absolute sweetheart and deserves a better life ❤️ anyone notice that she has the same markings as our Bubba? 😍 This one is going to be another favorite!

Wow Tina 👏🎉 She's been with us for 10 days and is feeling like a new dog! She had a horrible skin infection and was actually hot to touch, that's how inflamed she was. Antibiotics and a raw diet has done this girl wonders! She is almost done with her meds and will continue thriving on a grain free, fresh raw diet. We've been feeding her our Pork & Chicken Base with pumpkin, sauerkraut, Rx vitamins, bone broth, and D-mannose, occasional sardines and salmon. Once she's off her meds and continues to improve, we will gradually introduce more variety. We are so happy she's feeling better. She is full of life and one spunky kid! These little eggs contain more nutrients than your average chicken egg! Quail eggs are an excellent source of protein, iron, riboflavin, selenium, choline, vitamin D, and B12. They are a wonderful addition to your dog and cat’s bowls!

This snaggle toothed, underbite, snorty, splooting girl is impossible not to love. She's never met a stranger and she LOVES affection, toys, and bones. She wants to be by your side 24/7 and when you pet her she melts 🫠 into a smiling puppy puddle flipped upside down. Tina is incredibly loving and appreciative! Baths and nail clips, no problem! She stands perfectly for her medicated baths and loves to celebrate as she gets dried with a towel. She thinks being brushed is amazing! She's brave and doesn't startle easily. Our kiddo's loud noises and chaos do not phase her. Dog friends, she loves them! She has the typical bulldog sass and a touch of attitude but really wants to please and takes corrections well from dog friends and humans. Tina will need an adopter that can handle her special needs since she has allergies and is not built for a life without some minor difficulties. Her stumpy little legs make stairs tricky, if not dangerous. Coordination and athleticism are not her strong points. A special diet will help her offset her poor genetics. She is already showing improvement eating Roc City Raw and her meds are clearing up her skin infection. Tina Bean is 3-5 years old and about 30-35 pounds. She will be ready for adoption once her skin is cleared up. If you, or someone you know wants a really silly sidekick with the cutest head tilts, she's your gal! Hi I'm Crosby! My foster family calls me Bug because I'm such a love bug. My stay with them is only temporary since the resident Frenchie doesn't like me. I am dog friendly though! I LOVE my foster sister Marcy and I really wish Bubba liked me because I'd love to play with him too. Would you consider fostering me, or better yet, foster to adopt? GRASP will take care of all of my vetting, neuter, and supplies. I am: Estimated 35-40 pounds, 2ish years old (we'll know more after his vet appointment tomorrow) Kid friendly Dog friendly Crate trained (only for short periods currently) Working on potty training but I don't have accidents in my crate. In the wild, mama dogs will hunt and eat wild animals, then regurgitate it for her pups to eat! Instead of weaning puppies straight to an ultra processed kibble that is loaded with carbs, fillers, and synthetics, puppies will thrive on a fresh raw diet! Obviously they can't chew raw meaty bones, so our ground puppy formula is perfect! Foster pup, Rocco came to us eating kibble. Let me tell you, his poops were SO STINKY! We immediately started feeding him 50/50 raw/kibble and noticed that his poops were less smelly! Feeding a biologically appropriate raw diet can make such an impact on their health inside and out. Not to mention, a better disposition! If you feed a toddler processed cereal every meal, you'll often see behavior issues, same goes for our pets!

Don't waste your fruit and veggie scraps! They are perfect for your dog for additional nutrients and variety. Wonderful for their microbiome! Dogs digest vegetables best when they are cooked and pureed.
