Hey everyone,
We want to let everyone know that as of 8/20/24 we will no longer except 1-800-Petmeds prescription requests. This is due to multiple accounts of them not accepting our approved prescriptions for you.
We try our very best to get through all RX requests in a timely manner. Please know that this in itself is a full-time commitment each and every day. Of course we would love if you used one of our 2 online stores, but know there are many other online pharmacies out there.
We are truly sorry to who this will effect. Know that we try our very best to make sure everyone is getting exceptional care.

Hey Everyone!
We will be having all staff training today from 11-1 pm at our office in Shallotte. During this time we will be closed so that we can all focus on the training needed. If you need to pick up medications, please arrive before or after this time. Additionally, the office will be closed tomorrow, Friday April 19th. We will re-open the office in Shallotte on Monday morning. We hope everyone has a wonderful day and enjoy the sunshine!

With the recent news reporting an increase in complex respiratory cases amongst dog populations, I thought it would be a good time to introduce you to our new product IMUQUIN : Immune Support supplement.

Holiday Closure Notice:
For Thanksgiving we will be closing early Wednesday, November 22nd and resume normal operating hours on Monday, November 27th. Please make sure to refill any medication prior to this closure. If a medical concern arises with your pet, please contact your nearest emergency veterinary hospital. During this time of closure, we will be unavailable for all services i.e appointment scheduling, surgery, medication refills, calls, texts, home, and office visits.

We have a few updates for our clients:
Pending the incoming storm, we have some closures or scheduling changes tomorrow and/or Friday. We will be in contact with our clients that are scheduled, and make arrangements if needed.
We have started offering our clients cash discounts including checks and Venmo payments of 5% off!
As we try to keep our prices affordable and not raise prices, there is a card fee of 3.75%. This includes debit cards as well.
