For my whole life, I have loved animals and always wanted to work with them when I grew up. I am 17 and in my last year of high school, next year I am off to university to get my Bachelor of Science in Animal Behavior. I decided to start this service because of my love for animals and to help pay my university fees as well as help the people in my community. I've always grown up around animals and

currently have two dogs, two cats, an Indian Ringneck parrot and a pond full of goldfish. I'm comfortable to work with any type of animal and I'm always willing to learn new things. I'm honest, reliable and hard working I have a New Zealand drivers licence and can drive to local areas.

Thursday is Dugs last day at Uni! To celebrate we are showing a small demonstration of what we have learnt this year.

Everyone is welcome to come and will be held at Unitec Mt Albert campus. Two shows one at 10:30 am and the other at 11 am.

Enter at gate 4 and the demonstration will be held on the grass outside building 115 (where the red dot is on the map)

Dugs Frist day back at uni after the holidays! It was a little wet but he still had fun

29/09/2019

I'm really proud of Dug today! We were asked to do a demonstration at the Pet Expo this weekend, in a new environment, with a bunch of distractions including crowds of strangers, different dogs of all sizes and other farm animals. As you can see he still preformed well (with a bit of barking) and had fun!

03/09/2019

Had a great day today! The police dogs came down to Unitec and gave us an awesome demo on tracking, article search and bite work!

29/05/2019

Dugs back at uni today! Feeling a lot better and ready to learn!

27/05/2019

Having a great day at uni today, no Dug with me but I'm still learning a lot. Dug is at home resting and feeling a lot better, no more wobbles!

27/05/2019

Poor Dug isn't feeling the best, he was perfectly fine this morning but started to get a bit wobbly in the afternoon. He was walking, eating and drinking fine but we took him to the vet just to be safe. The vet thinks he's eaten something that's a little toxic for him (we aren't sure what, but we are positive it wasn't chocolate) we are picking him up shortly so he can come home and have a proper rest, he's got some medication to take and should be all better shortly.

10/05/2019

Today I started volunteering at the Blind Foundation working with all the beautiful guide dogs. I learnt a lot on my first day and I can't wait to learn more throughout the year 🐾

29/04/2019

Last year I studied full time and today my certificate for Animal Care finally arrived in the mail! Two distinctions and a merit! Can't wait to finish this year's course and add another certificate to my wall 😁

11/04/2019

Dug and I had a great day in the rain yesterday. We started some agility training as well as learning how to track! The agility was Dugs favourite!

04/04/2019

Dug has been doing a great job at uni and has improved so much since we started. Our first assesment is in a couple of weeks so wish us some luck!!!!

08/03/2019

Dug is now a Big Boy! He had his first day at university yesterday, 4 hours of basic training and getting to know new objects - he slept really well on the car ride home 😆

Also in other news, I applied for a volunteer position at Guide Dogs New Zealand. The interview was today and I have been accepted! I'm super excited about it and really looking forward to new experiences 😃

Jade's pet sitting services will still run as best as I can fit around my busy schedule.

These two enjoyed a nice walk and play in the backyard to then cool off in their favourite place! The water!

12/01/2019

Waiatarua Wetland Reserve is a great place to take your dogs! It's off leash with large fields and lots of water for them to play in. I'm definitely going to be spending more time there this summer!!

09/01/2019

A perfect way to enjoy the afternoon 💤

05/01/2019

Today was a very important day for Dug. 10 o'clock this morning Dug was assessed to see if he was suitable for for a Canine Behaviour and Training course, making sure he had a high enough food and toy drive and that he was sociable with people and dogs. He passed with flying colours! As of February next year Dug and I will be training full time and learning lots of new tricks!

05/11/2018

This weekend I went to my first Grumble! Around 20 pugs met up at the Botanic Gardens and we got this awesome photo of Dug with Santa!

20/10/2018

I had a great weekend with these furbabies, enjoying the nice warm sunny day!

13/10/2018

I spent sometime looking after some Furbabies and Waterbabies! All very spoilt and very loved x
