Handcrafted 1.5" Sugar Skull BioThane collar over a 2" black bottom layer. Both layers are encrusted with over 150 sparkling handset crystals!
Fits 16.5-18.5 inch necks and is a perfect show collar for your dock dog.
The collar retails for $220 and was donated by Arbor Lake Handcrafted.
