Detroit Dark Red beets! I use these to dye my hands red🤔😆.
Really, these micros are fantastic in color and taste "beety", very earthy.

I'm not going to lie, these guys have a bite. They are spicy, but look at them... they are so pretty. Let me introduce to you, the micro red radish. True to its traditional taste (and kick), radish provides for you, a tasty addition to any wrap, salad, soup, or snack because it tastes like... a radish. A personal favorite of mine!

I'm going to start here, with this particular crop, because it is my duty to you to bring forth the don of microgreens. Micro broccoli. King of nutrients. Packed with the compound Sulphoraphane, its cancer fighting properties are much more prevalent in its itty bitty form rather than its fully grown counterparts! And if you're looking to promote lower blood pressure, heart-healthy arteries, increased energy, healthy complexion and hair, and of course, happy tastebuds broccoli is your microgreen.
