As we observe Breast Cancer Awareness Month, it’s important for us to understand how this disease affects our pets.
Breast Cancer is relatively common in dogs, occurring in approximately 25% of unsprayed female dogs.
Common symptoms include bloody discharge, multiple lumps, or ulcerations and the cancer is usually treated by surgery or Ovariohysterectomy.
If your pet has one or more of these symptoms, it may be time to call our Vet. Book your appointment by calling (284) 345-0491
