We often get asked if we carry a specific product when people come see us at the markets and while we love hearing your suggestions, there are a few different reasons why we might not be able to carry the product you're looking for.
1️⃣ We strive to source our ingredients as locally as possible, often keeping it within Southern Ontario. As such, we might not have been able to find the ingredients from a local vendor yet.
2️⃣ Freeze drying can be a tricky process! Some proteins or veggies don't always make it out of the freeze dryer how we expect them to and so we might be still be workshopping how to produce a product that we're proud to share with you!
