Gizzls
Our story began when my beloved cat Gizzy was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and the only thing that helped stimulate his appetite was CBD (he had lost over 2kgs, which for a cat is huge). After reading everything I could about the science of CBD and what was going on, I found the highest quality medical CBD and set about trying to make a treat. After many days and weeks and months and with the help of an animal nutritionist, we finally had a tasty treat to give him.
Gizzls CBD treats are made using the best natural ingredients. No animal by-products, meals, corn, wheat nor anything artificial, be it preservatives, colours or flavours, will ever find their way into our biscuits. All the meat is sourced locally at Gizzls-vetted farms in South Africa to ensure it's not just free-range but also free from hormones and any other nasties. As for the vegetables, these are all seasonal, sourced from local community gardens that don‘t use pesticides.
Our core value is very simple: we only hand bake treats that I would be happy giving to Gizzy, Chloe, Inca and Indie.
