At AMS the safety and welfare of all animals in my care has always been and will continue to be my number one priority.
Without going in to specific detail, it has been brought to my attention that recommendation posts on a local page, someone unknown to me is sharing a post from July 2023. This refers to an incident from two years ago where there was a breakdown in communication regarding a booking and since that time I have taken proactive steps to strengthen my policies regarding changes to bookings and last minute requests to ensure clarity and consistency to all clients.
I hope that your experience with AMS reflects the ethos of my business which I take very seriously. Please rest assured that I am addressing the situation appropriately and I remain committed to providing the highest standard of care and professionalism.

Last night I had the absolute pleasure of looking after Otto & Pogo for an overnight stay 🥹 This is my first pet sit with these guys and they have been absolutely wonderful to say the least! Lots of good bye cuddles this morning before I leave, without a doubt 🥰
