Big changes are coming to 609 Main Street! Mel, owner of Bark and Bow has decided to now offer at home grooming (starting march 1st) which means I’ll be taking over the shop!

Forever thankful for Mel sharing her space with me over the last year and teaching me so much!

Mr. Ozzie 🥰 My Aussie friend! Today was his second time in for a “puppy intro” which consists of a bath and an introduction to the blow dryer/nail trim/scissor work and more. He hopped right on my table as soon as I opened the door, can’t ask for much better then that at such a young age. The bond him and I are going to form over his life time is going to be amazing 💖

A little behind the scenes of grooming a senior. Any dog over the age of 10 will have to agree to a “comfort cut” this means I do what your dog is able to handle. I will not force any dog to stand if they are uncomfortable just so they can look better. This is after a bath and blow dry that took 1.5 hours. There is no way any old dog is going to be comfortable standing after that long and you can’t blame them! I understand everyone wants a cute cut but your dog has boundaries and so do I! I had such a great Tuesday morning with Gus, I can’t wait to see him again💖

Nothing better then a little cuddle mid groom with the sweet Arlo💙
