So we know that pets can create messes and when you have puppies or kittens you can have accidents (sometimes from adult pets as well). I don't like to use chemicals snd toxins for my pets because I believe if rhey are not good for me, they are not good for my pets.

Here are some of my favorite blends:

Spray cleaner - small sprayer
1 capsule Thieves Household Cleaner (THHC)
1 dash of Thieves Dish Soap
Digize (cuts the enzymes and smells)
Lemon essential oil (EO)
Purification EO
Pine EO
Lavender EO
Some of these are for the good scents it leaves when clean.

Use this to clean up p*e on floor, on furniture or where ever, maybe stains or on dog blankets. For deeper cleanup such as p*e on furniture or cat p*e I like to generously spray then add a generous amount of baking soda directly on effected area and let sit for a while. Then I vacuum it off and respray then scrub with a brush to get a deep clean and let it air dry. When it's dry if there is remaining scent or needs another cleaning just repeat.

*** I only use Young Living Priducts because I trust them and love their transparency. ***

With 4th of July coming up I know my pets get a little nervous with all the loud noises so I like to diffuse safe oils all day . I diffuse Young Livings Lavender, Stress Away, and their pet specific oil T-Away. About an hour from when fireworks typically get set off I apply these same oils to the nape of my pets neck as well.

Note: I only feel safe using Young Living Oils, I Always give my pets an option to stay in the room or leave the room I diffuse in, and I add a carrier oil to dilute the strength if my dogs are not used to the oils.

I am thankful every day for my essential oils. I can't tell you how often I use them. Today, for example, is a beautiful day after several days of clouds and rain. It feels springy so I'm going to diffuse some Lemon, Orange, and Peppermint.

Playing in the snow makes the dogs happy and it also makes them wet and dirty.

UpDATE: Thank you so much for all your comments, encouragement and empathy. I have been reading these all and they have helped me alot during this time. This has meant more to me than I can say. It's been about a week now. I'm getting ready to come back and start interacting again. --‐-------------‐---------------------------------- I'm not going to be online here much for a while. I have only shared this with a couple people but Wednesday or Thursday I lost my 7 month old mini horse. I've been struggling with this loss and I'm heartbroken and devastated. Ao bear with me as I will be back qith new things to share and talk about but right now I'm grieving.

Happy4th of July! Let's remember our pets today by being calm (not making a big deal out of the noise since that actually can install fear or make your dog think something unusual is happening to be afraid of). Also if you have a diffuser or oils that are safe for pets such as Young aliveness Stress Away, Lavender, and Peace and Calming or, TAway put them on the dog and diffuse them. Take a moment to reassure your pet snd let them know it's ok.
