There is a misconception that you cant diffuse around dogs or other animals. I am here to tell you that not only can you diffuse but it can be beneficial.

The truth is, its not difusing which is the issue but the oils you choose to use. I only use Young Living oils because I knlw they are transparent wirh their farms, processes, and oils. What other oil company would let you visit their farms?

But, back to the subject of oils. Im going to share with you four of my favorites; Lavender, Digize, T-Away, and Stress Away. Remember I am strictly speaking of Young Living and I in no way shape or form advise you to use any other brand as I will be suggesting here. I personally use each of these oils on my dogs and they love oils.

Lavender is the jacknife of all oils. This is such a versatile oil. Its ingestible which means safe if a dog licks is and ingest it. We difuse it for its peaceful calming properties. We also put it directly on the dog because it is good for irritations/itching. And for calming when loud noises like fireworks.

STRESS -Away and T-Away ares similar oils. Stress-Away is sold as a human lil but safe for dogs. T-Away is sold for dogs but safe for people. They are a combination of several oils. These are great oils to calm a nervous dog, use for travel if your dog doesnt like to travel, calms for loud noises. This is not an oil I let my dogs ingested. I like to place it on nap of neck. We difuse or place on the dog.

Digize: this oil is for the digestive system. It's sold as a human use oil but is safe for Dogs and is ingestible. I dont difuse this oil but added it because if a dogs tummy is upset for any reason (including carsick) i like to place it on my dogs stomach. It helps them feel better.

Warning: if your dog is not used to oils please dilute them. Also if the oil.is not ingestible place the oil at nape of neck where dog cant reach to lick off.

If you would like your own oils please DM me.

DONT BE A STRANGER - DON’T FORGET YOUR BREEDER!!

WHEN OUR PUPPIES LEAVE US we never stop thinking about them. Every pup we raise leaves us with a piece of our heart with them.

Remembering it’s your breeder who as planned your puppies litter. Was there most times at conception, Cared for its mother. 1st to see the pups at the 4 week ultrasound, the 9 weeks of pregnancy and then the final Xray. Building the whelping box and puppy pens, unpacking and washing all the puppy linen.

Then there is the long labour and birth, ensuring each puppy his born alive and then 24/7 monitoring of mum and pups. Supplementing a needy puppy to get them started. Countless sleepless nights, up and down while sleeping in a make shift bed beside the litter. Noting milestones and constantly engaging with each family. Social media updates and answering lots of questions. Lots of washing every day for 9 weeks of bedding and toys. Feeding, feeding and more feeding and countless cleaning. Multiple puppy grooming sessions. Welcoming multiple visitors and puppy families into our home for both the 4 week and 6 week visits. Lots of daily cleaning of pens and playing with pups ensuring they are exposed to everything a well balanced dog should be. Taking 1000’s of photos and picking up 1000’s of poppies too!!

Then there is the vet visits, worming, vaccinations, microchipping. Preparing puppy packs and writing puppy folders so each family is as prepared as one can be for a smooth transition of puppy from breeder to family. This includes training of puppies, toilet training, crate training, lead training, sleeping during the night independently. Official paperwork is needed to for dna testing, registering the litter with the ANKC, microchipping registering and puppy insurance documents.

Finally we get to your puppy turning 8 weeks of age and preparing them for pickup day. Final grooms and then either welcoming our families back for the 1.5hr handover talk or trips to the airport for interstate puppies.

Suddenly the wheel has turned and it’s now me as your puppies breeder waiting for news about the puppies arrival and settling into your home. Every morning after they leave us it’s me waiting to hear your pups are sleeping thru the night and giving out lots of puppy raising advice as and when needed.

Our puppies never leave our thoughts or our heart. Most families we hear from a few we don’t or not unless something is wrong. It can sometimes be underestimated just how much we do care and think about our pups throughout their lives. We just want every pup to be loved and have the same care they received by us by their families.

So PLEASE DON’T FORGET YOUR BREEDER as a good and caring bredder will never forget you or your puppy. If not in regular contact and thats ok as we all have lives to live but it’s always a lovely surprise to get a random update or a photo. A thank you to your breeder for choosing you to be your puppy’s owner and family!!

We are invested for the life of your puppy!!
We are committed to you as your puppy’s family!!
We will continue to think about and love every puppy bred by us!! All 64 of them!!
