Fresh order of mushrooms and coffee being delivered to Tennessee Liquidators & Hamby's Market today. Stock up for Christmas... mushrooms freeze very well. I like to chop them up a little and pop into a Ziploc. When they thaw, you can't tell the we're once frozen! Also, see you at Nashville Farmers' Market this Saturday!

Sadly, we will not be at the Nashville Farmers' Market this weekend, 9th and 10th. We will be there the next weekend.
Did you know that mushrooms freeze really well. I sliced some recently and put them into ziplocks to test it out. They thaw into what seems like fresh...so for the Holidays feel free to buy them early and freeze until needed. You won't be disappointed!

Tennessee Liquidators & Hamby's Market just got a fresh delivery of mushrooms. I sliced this amazing King Oyster and put it into some variety packs. These fry up so nicely and the flavor is really tasty. Be brave, try them!

I stocked some really nice mushrooms last night. Combo packs with some Chestnut and King Oyster along with our usual varieties, but limited Lions Mane so hurry while they're fresh.
