Just a reminder that this Saturday is Woofstock: Dog-Friendly Family-Friendly Food & Beer Festival from 11-3 in Kennebunk! This is a free event—and we hope to see you there! We will have adoptable reptiles to meet, as well as some of our sanctuary members you can visit with. My girl Pigsley passed away yesterday 😢 She fought hard with a type folliclestasis unfortunately even with antibiotics and more she wasn’t healthy enough for a spay surgery. You will be missed my little pig pig 💙

Binx is still looking for her forever home. Her siblings were all adopted but she has been passed over multiple times. We can’t understand why no one seems to want this sweet little house panther. She can be shy around new people but warms up so quickly when given a chance, she is fostered in North Yarmouth. All of our kittens are spayed/neutered, have age appropriate vaccines, are microchipped, dewormed, flea treated, and negative for FIV/FeLV.

Meet Echo. She’s been with me for a little over a week. She has MBD and possibly MD. She needs a lot of special care and a special tank because she tends to fall over, stumble and roll on her back and not be able to right herself. She’s making some good progress walking, eating and her fat pads are starting to plump up. We will see what Dr. Smith has to say about her.

Some much needed outside time for bolt and pigsley. Bolt is continuing to explore the tank but, no digging 🥲 or progress laying. Pigsley is holding her own for now still getting 0.8ml of antibiotic injected every three days. Haven’t seen any eggs come out but, we are still hopeful she can pass them and pull though.
