Our gorgeous house lion Merlin left to go to the UK this week. He's currently in a foster home but is potentially adopted already.
He is such a gorgeous boy, and I'm sure he'll be a "roaring" success in his new home 🦁🐾
A message to you all from Lin 🎄
Merry Christmas to all of Ella's supporters. From me, the fur babies and all our volunteers, we would like to wish you a very happy and safe holiday and to thank everyone for your continued support during this year. It has been a year where we have had highs and lows. We have had quite a few cats adopted, with some more going in the new year, but we have also sadly had our losses. We are always devastated to lose one of our fur babies and sometimes the cats suffer too. George was close with Yogi and he has been a little unsettled at times since Yogi passed. The kitchen is not the same without our William. He was such a lovely old grumpy man and was privileged to have lived a good long life, but is greatly missed by us all. I would also like to thank those who recently contributed to Costa's Kittens and would ask you to share the post for us as we still need to raise more pennies for their on going treatment. The kittens are improving and back from the vets, and we will keep you updated with news and videos. Please put the sound up when you watch the video. Love from us all.
So our beautiful ginger brothers have their names 😸
Introducing Ben (totally blind kitten) and Jerry (with one eye).
Thank you so much to all of you who made suggestions and donated, you've raised a fantastic amount of money to help with their up keep.
Ben and Jerry are still looking for their forever home (they must be homed together), so if you can offer these beautiful boys a cosy sofa to curl up on, please get in touch.
If you missed the chance to name them, but would like to make a donation to help support them ( or to become their sponsor), this can be done at the link below:

Thank you all as always for your support 🐾
Cinderella is looking for her fairytale ending in the form of a forever home.
She was on a colony of a rescuer who regularly supports the sanctuary, who enlisted our help as she needed to lose weight. She has been on a strict diet and is now a beautiful, healthy cat who loves a good fuss and cuddle.
As she won't stop eating if there is food around, she will need to be fed only twice a day.
If you think you are the Prince (or Princess) Charming to give Cinderella a place to call home, please get in touch
Little Lexie today loving a good fuss. She has settled in so very well and is stealing everyone's hearts 😻
Theo was one of our long term residents here at the sanctuary, he went to the UK to be rehomed via a cat cafe (Maison du chat, which has sadly since closed). The journey turned out to be too much for beautiful Theo and he passed away not long after his arrival in the UK.
We had his ashes returned to the sanctuary, and today we said our final goodbyes.
Rest in peace beautiful boy 💞
This video is of one of our blind cats - Nameless. He was a very shy, frightened cat when he arrived at the sanctuary after having his eye surgery, but is now an amazingly confident boy, who more than proves that blind cats can still have a very full and active life.
Nameless is so ready for his own forever home, so if you can offer this awe inspiring boy a place of your sofa, please get in touch 🐾
