So Kudos to for coming up with this quick easy meal featuring Microgreens (Carrots, Basil, Beets, Amaranth, Cilantro, and Parsley) with some chicken and bread

Mince Microgreens & marinate with chicken (cut in cubes) along with black pepper, Mediterranean seasoning and olive oil.
Cook chicken until done and serve up on some Indian bread and enjoy life
