THANK YOU to each and every one of you that showed up today to show with us. We are so grateful!!!

Tomorrow is looking to be a big day!! We have modified the schedule in an effort to be efficient- remember to check ring radar for updated schedule and ride times!

Ring 1 (Grandstand) will start at 8am with Novice Equitation followed by short stirrup.

Ring 2 (Eastern Meadows) will start at 8 as with Tadpoles kicking off the day followed by Crossrails. Hunters will then take over our jumper arena briefly with Pre Short➡️Leadline ➡️Long Stirrup➡️Pleasure➡️Equitation Flats➡️back to jumper schedule.

We want to try and make the schedule be efficient and minimize conflict times. We welcome your feedback on what we can do at our upcoming shows in September and October to help keep them running smoothly from the trainer/rider/spectator point of view!

Schedule has been updated with ride times on Ring Radar. I have added a separate warmup class for the jumper divisions if you’d like a warmup with your division please let me know and I will add you in (and delete warmups if you added them on the fees section). We will not be doing ride times so plan on getting to the gate to put put yourself in the order.

l also realized I made an oopsy daisy and forgot to add the Gamblers Choice class to Sunday. It will run concurrently within each division. Let me know if you would like to add it.

I think that’s all the news for now. Can’t wait to see everyone Saturday!! Working on the schedule for Sunday so it should be up to date shortly.

Schooling starts at 10 tomorrow.

If you are getting stalls for this weekend and would like shavings delivered for you and added to your show bill we can help with that. We will have them dropped off Friday morning. They are $11/bag for medium flake shavings

Hey guys! For everyone who has entered the Junior Eq flat I have split the classes into older and younger to make point tracking easier! If you could assign your riders the correct section or let me know which one they need to be in that would be super.

I am going to work on getting our next two shows hosted by Brandywine Farms VA set up by this evening so if you could please hold off on your entries until then that would be super!!! Saturday we will be having The Rolling Stove do food (they will only be available from 10-end of show) and Sunday we will be having Chef Mo!!!

Update for our 5/25 Hunter show @ Haverhill Farm...is a USHJA Affiliate Outreach Show! **Reminder, the 5/25 is not VHSA Associate.

In fact...we are excited to announce that the remainder of our shows this year are USHJA Affiliate Outreach Shows 🎉
What does that mean? You can earn points towards USHJA awards! Horses and riders must have a USHJA membership (just outreach for riders!) in order to accrue points 🥇🥈🥉

Wow! We have been overwhelmed with feedback about our show cancellation for May 25th and support in running the show as scheduled.

Due to the numerous requests to host, we are planning to carry on with our show on May 25th! You can still get your TIPS and HSCV points, but the show is not a recognized VHSA show.

Coming up:
4/28 Hunters at Haverhill VHSA
5/25 Hunters at Haverhill, NOT VHSA
6/9 Jumpers at Haverhill
7/20-7/21 complete hunter and jumper schedule to be run at Deep Run hosted by Brandywine farm!

Unfortunately our horse show scheduled for May 25th @ Haverhill Farm was not approved by VHSA due to another show being hosted in the area. We hope to see you at our hunter show at Haverhill on 4/28 and Jumpers on 6/9 before our two day show hosted by Brandywine Farms VA on July 20th-21st at Deep Run Hunt Club!
