Pippa had previously been for a puppy groom but this was her first full groom. Literally couldn’t pick the best pic so choose them all. 🖤🩶💛

Dogs love long grass and so do ticks. This little tool is amazing for tick removal and is cheap as chips. I got mine from Christie’s Direct and it works great making sure the tick and its head is removed. Sometimes the head of the tick does get left behind but don’t worry your dogs body will eventually reject it. Just leave nature to take its course. 😌

❗️GRASS SEEDS❗️ They are the enemy. You can see these 4 seeds have penetrated the skin and can cause severe damage if they manage to embed and continue to grow whilst in the dogs body. I’ve heard some awful incidents concerning these pesky things. Have a good check all over after a walk through the fields, they especially love between the toes. I tend to find more on the extra hairy dogs. 😣

Most of you have met this lovely lady but to the ones that havnt this is Rachel my new work colleague 🤩 yeyyy someone to talk to because the dogs just ignore me 😂

It’s all thanks to you awesome bunch for always recommending me to your family and friends I required a second pair of hands. I have had help in the past from good friends which has been invaluable but I really needed someone who wanted to learn about dog grooming and be a permanent part of Miley’s.

Rachel is predominantly overseeing the prep work for me so then I can carry out the grooms. The prep is actually the most important part of the groom as bad prep = bad groom and to be honest she’s smashing it. 💥

Rachel has 3 dogs of her own a Cockerpoo, a Bichon and Miniature Bull Terrier so she is no fool around dogs.

It’s been important for me to find the right person and I feel I’ve done just that. 🧡

Thank you all for the continued support and making my little business what it is today. Much love ❤️

🌟CASSIE🌟 the hairiest Cocker x GSD EVER!!! I absolutely love grooming this girl it’s long hard work but she’s just a delight to have in. Such a well mannered girl. 💛🖤. She really enjoyed her Lavish blueberry facial which all my dogs get as standard, no cheeky add ons for the customer which isn’t business savvy I know but I don’t care, I love all my dogs and they simply deserve it ❤️

Always look forward to Lennie. His progress after being rescued is awesome. When he first came he sat so quiet and somber to groom now I end up more soaked than he does when he’s in the bath.😂😆 It’s so important to me that any dog that comes to Miley’s is always happy. Once their groom is finished they are allowed to go out for a wee or play, sniff whilst the owner makes there way. I will never put a dog in a crate. Some do and that’s ok but not here 🚫

Had Gary the Boarder Terrier in today at 7am for one of my fav grooms a Handstrip. Yes, 7am 😮😴 because all you amazing people are trusting me with your lovely dogs I literally had no space and his owner, Barbara is such a lovely lady I wanted to help. Gary was impeccably behaved and already rebooked for his next groom. Absolutely love my job 💛💓💛💓
